The selection was good and the store was well stocked but the staff I guess my $$$ wasn't good enough because all 3 of the employees on duty did speak to me. I purposely stayed in the store for approximately 15 minutes, not a hello, how are you, can I help you or anything was said to me. I left the store and went to my car and a few seconds later another customer walks in the store and the same lady that ignored me approached her as soon as she walked in the store. I don't know if it was because I am a person of color or maybe they are just ignorant either way I will never step foot in that store again and I tell everyone that I know to not shop there.

I came in to return an item. One of their slogans is "in a word, yes" which includes completing…read morereturns. When I was next in line the cashier asked if she could help me and I said yes, I have a Kohl's return. Her response was giving me a hand gesture to move to the side and then she said "move over so I can help the people behind you". Not a "yes", not even a "no". No "I'm sorry, I can't help you" or "Please move to the side so I can help the people behind you". Just a hand gesture like I'm a farm animal. When the next cashier became available and asked if she could help me, I warned her I had a Kohls return and she said "Would you like me to process that for you". I replied, "Can you? Because this lady here just waved me off - didn't even tell me "no" or "yes" like your slogan says". Then both cashiers started laughing. I don't think it was funny at all. It was downright rude, ugly, and embarrassing. I won't be doing any business with Kohls again.

The staff here are seriously rude! Required by state law to wear goggles and have them at the desk…read morebut don't tell you it is an additional charge until after you purchase a tan. I told them I would like a refund because I wasn't going to tan until I purchased my own goggles and they refused to refund! Told me that my tan expires the next day but I must wear goggles by state law and tried forcing me into buying their goggles. Absolutely horrible experience. I will not be back to this salon.
