I showed my usual laser tech in Maryland which also does the part for a similar price and they mentioned the tech missed a lot of parts. If I paid for a region I expect them to laser the ENTIRE region. I will try to go in for another treatment with a new tech hopefully and explain my frustration; however, if they still either 1) don't own up to the fact they missed regions I have pictures to prove or 2) do the same job again I will ask for a refund. The parts that were lasered the hair fell out cleanly so the laser does work but there were bald spots and then full hairy spots where they missed. Pending how things go I will update my review. Before the treatment even started, I was explained by the sales rep during one of their events this is perfect for event nights. I specifically booked the appointment when I had an important event. ! clearly told the provider which skincare products I use--including Vitamin C and Obaji (products they sell themselves)--and was told it was fine. I was given no meaningful pre-care guidance, which is completely unacceptable for a treatment involving active ingredients. The treatment itself was shockingly aggressive and painful. This was not "slightly uncomfortable"--it was a 9/10 pain level, with my eyes tearing throughout. She started with what said was was gently washing my face which already felt like exfoliation and abrasive. Based on everything I've since seen and read, this is not how this treatment is supposed to be performed. I even watched a live demo of this and it looked effortless. This young 21 year old they had made it feel like I was in the Korean spa getting my first layer of skin sloshed off. It felt careless and improperly executed, incredibly abrasive and aggressive. Nothing like a massage. Immediately afterward, my face was covered in red bumps and blotchy irritation. I had an event the same evening, she said I would be fine. My skin looked significantly worse than before I walked in. Instead of improving my skin, this treatment visibly damaged it. To make matters worse, the only aftercare I was given was a faded, barely legible printout, and I was quickly ushered out the door with no real explanation. Nothing except a piece of paper. Is this how you treat human beings when you should be the expert? No one took the time to properly walk me through what to expect or how to care for my skin after such an aggressive procedure. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, training, and basic client care. Between the poor communication, disregard for the products I was using, and the way the treatment was performed, I do not feel this service was done safely or correctly. While the clinic did respond after I complained, that does not undo the experience or the condition my skin was left in. I would strongly caution others before booking this service here. I have reason to believe that the "nurse" performing this named Isabelle seemed very inexperienced. I should also mention that this was hard to book this appointment as they had no one on staff to do it on the day I needed it and then suddenly they had someone with a lot of 'expertise' on hand to do it. I think I was her first patient and she had clearly no idea what she is doing. Also they offered me a release form to sign as they know they did something wrong. I should also add that when speaking to the owner about this she seemed careless, stood behind her staff and dismissed all of my complaints as issues. They offered contradictory info, between when I bought this package and when out I tried to book it. They are all about selling, not actually following thru on what they sell.

I made a last-minute appointment to get a full volume set, and was impressed with the professionalism of Kit. I had mentioned in my appointment notes that I was driving in straight from work and wouldn't have time to remove my makeup, and asked if that could be done when I arrived. It appeared that she had done so before starting the application of the lashes, but commented that some of the lashes weren't sticking (she did spent a significant amount of time on them). When she finally finished, she didn't sound too confident that they were going to hold, and said I should let her know if there were any issues and she'd fix them. Within 30 minutes of leaving her salon, 4 - 5 lashes literally popped off my eyes. By the time I got home 20 minutes later, 1/3 of the lashes had come off. I saved them to bring in and show her (she offered to have me come to her salon the next evening). As I was waiting outside of the building she's in (there's very limited parking, and she didn't offer to buzz me in and wait in the lobby - it was around 6:15pm), a crazed man drove up in a van and made lude and very disturbing comments toward me, and was about to get out of his van and approach me when another driver saw this and drove up behind him. I was calling her to ask her to let me in the building but she had come down at that time. When we stepped into her salon, she did agree that I'd lost a lot of lashes, and started to fill in the gaps. When she finished (they looked better than the night before) I was getting ready to leave, and thanked her for fixing my lashes, but she told me I needed to pay for a fill (I've never had my lashes done where, if they fell off within 12 - 24 hrs I was charged to have them fixed). I reluctantly paid, and left. I didn't want to upset her, because she was being very nice to me. Unfortunately, I had the same issue within 24 hrs. Lashes were popping off my eye. I texted her and told her how frustrated I was, and disappointed. She asked me to come in and she fix them for free this time (that should have been offered the first time). I told her I wasn't able to get to her salon and that as they were coming off on their own, I asked if she'd consider giving me a partial refund (for the folks). I suggested she keep the payments fir the full set & the 2 tips I gave her. She responded back saying she was only going to refund me $23 dollars, and that was fair (I spent, in 2 days, nearly $250 for lashes that didn't stay on!). With everything else that I had to deal with being left in an unsafe situation, spending 5+ hrs having lashes added that didn't stay on, I thought asking for a$50 refund was more than fair. I should be getting a full refund for a product that didn't work! I've attached photos that show the lashes less than 1 week after application. I'm so upset that they didn't even last 1 week, and that Kit is basically charging me for a service & product that I didn't even have. I'll be going to a salon that will actually be able to provide me with the service I'm paying for. Sadly, Kit doesn't guarantee her work, and she'll just take your money and not think twice.
