The frame on my 41' 2015 Winnebago was completely falling apart! Structural damage, exterior body coming apart, interior floor separation from the walls, sheet metal siding flapping in the wind(no exaggeration). All due to the structural damage that occured. She was in bad shape. Pin box was toast. Plus my upper deck pop out was completely jagged and not shutting correctly Mike is as busy as any other place around (don't believe me? Call around. Most places are either months out or just plain not accepting new clients, especially with as big of a job as I had). Mike and his wife Bridget saved our RV. The best part? He completed it before my due date! He finished it in just under two weeks!! And I'm talking full on grinding, welding, metal fabrication, reenforced plate welding, fiberglass pannels being replaced, exterior molding replaced, jockybox door to my generator being replace and my upper pop out being aligned and sealing properly. I found this shop on a random google search as I have been having issues with a 94 Jeep 4.0 motor…read morewith a comp cam ever since the builder put it together. It is incredible how terrible a souped up motor runs when the timing is 9 degrees off. I had done so many small mods and checks to try to get it in tune and running right. Zach answered my call and I explained my concern. He took the time to explain to me what parts he had available to correct my issue and that he sells a lot of them due to this same problem. I purchased one of his 9 way adjustable timing sets that he gets out of Australia as apparently they like Jeep motors more than we do... It took a while to get it all dialed in with the motor and radiator still installed and not being able to look at it straight on but this was a god-send. With the precision set rather than stock replacement garbage it was 6 degrees off. I moved the sprocket the 6 degrees and got it to near perfect. .25-.5 degree off on my 3 re-checks. I was able to restore my newly rebuilt engine and old 4x4 back to its former glory for under $200. I have put 5x that into trying to fix it and so many hours trying to figure out why a brand new motor ran poorly. I was scared at first the double roller would not fit under the stock cover but it was impressive that they figured it out dead-nuts to fit in that 1994 cover with a bigger and better timing set.
