I had 2 door dents/dings. One was front passenger side door and the other rear passenger side door. I purchased the Hyundai dent contract when I bought my car. I am glad I did because people out there don't care and just slam there door into yours. Anyway I tried to use the contract and because I had a "scratch " they wouldn't cover it. So I went back to Earnhardt's Hyundai and spoke with the financial advisor who said "I got this". He said that they would reach out right away. Within a day Dent busters called, got me scheduled with in a week. I took my car today and within the hour my car was repaired! I didn't have to leave it or anything. The receptionist was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. The waiting room was super clean, actually nice furniture to wait on. Magazines, TV , free wifi. I just had an amazing experience at Dent Busters. They looked at the dent on my 350 SD and they said they usually would have to replace the panel. I told them I could not afford to replace it I just wanted the dent out so I could raise my hood. I told them it didn't even need to look good when they were finished. The price was really low but for some reason I never learn, you get what you pay for. I was told it would take a whole day to complete but that it would be 100% upon completion. Who would even say that and not deliver. Better off saying, I will do my best. I can still see plenty of imperfections through-out my trunk. Additionally, my bumper has a huge long scratch that was not there and I didn't notice it until I got home. Shame on me. I had three people I was going to refer to this place. I was referred to them by my auto mechanic, who I have trusted and done business with for almost 20 years. Their shop is small and family owned and in my neighborhood, just like my mechanic, and you deal directly with Gilbert who was ready to look at my car immediately with his clipboard in hand to write a real estimate. This place isn't fancy with all kinds of computerized forms to fill out where they treat you like a number - business is done the old fashioned way, with personal contact and a handshake. My repair turned out to be more minor than I expected, but he could have easily told me it would cost big bucks and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, he fixed it right there while I waited and sent me on my way without charging for the minimal time he spent. That's how to earn customers! Yesterday, I had a dent removed from the roof rail of my 2015 Lexus ES350 (the 2" wide strip of metal between the roof and the top of the door). It was caused by a heavy fruit falling from a tree I had parked beneath (my mistake!!). They did a beautiful job, were prompt, professional and though I had to drive to their shop (they are not a mobile service), it was less money than the mobile shops had quoted me. Most importantly, I was able to drive to Dent Buster's shop first and get a written quote as well as see their shop and leave with confidence they would do a good job on my Lexus. Initially, I called three services, two of them being mobile only (i.e. no shop, they come to your home). While this is more convenient, I had to first send them photos to find out if it was repairable and to get an estimate. Of the two mobile services I called which had good reviews on line, one thought it would be difficult to remove and left me with little confidence he was the right person for the job. The other started some communications with me but when I told him I lived in Cave Creek, about 20 miles north of where he came from, he hesitated. I told him I would drive to wherever he would be so he could see the job, but never heard back from him. So much for "fly by night" business owners! I know visiting Dent Busters was a little more inconvenient for me, but I had confidence in going there for three reasons: a) I had a written estimate in advance. Having a mobile service come to my house after giving me a verbal estimate based on some photos I had emailed and then increasing the cost of the job when he saw the damaged area in person was a concern I had. b) since Dent Busters had a "brick and mortar" physical shop, the fact that the two mobile shops left me with a feeling that the repair would be difficult, gave me the confidence that the shop would have all the tools and manpower needed to do the job well c) I at least knew where they were if I had to go back with a complaint Gilbert at their front desk treated me professionally and honestly. I would definitely recommend Dent Busters. The coupon on their website left me with a price that was $70 less than I was quoted by the mobile service. read more

I needed paintless dent removal and the traditional dent removal method due to the differing traits of the dents a vandalism on my car left. I got to work with Gilbert (traditional dent removal and paint specialist) and with Rod (PDR specialist). Both were extremely professional and explained everything to me as the process moved along, never assuming additional work until after speaking with me to get the ok to move forward with it. My car looks perfect. I even noticed that Gilbert touched up a scratch on my clear coat that I had accidentally made. I shopped around and found that their prices are very fair. They have a safe lock-down if your car needs to stay overnight and a nicely set waiting area for customers. While I hope I never have to see those cool guys again, I will keep their info on record if the unfortunate ever happens again to one of my cars. read more
