Got to try Dilly's for the first time a few weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered their Mud Slide ice cream and it was exactly what I wanted. My co-worker got the strawberry sundae and she said she really enjoyed it too! The ice cream is super creamy and smooth. The oreos are crumbly. It's good ice cream, what more can I say? Update: definitely some of the best quality soft serve ice cream I've ever had. Even though they operate out of a food truck, the soft serve is very, very frozen, which is important for quality. We had Ice Cream day at work on this lovely day!!!! Dilly's ice cream truck came through and hooked it up! It was a one man crew but he was fairly quick and had the greatest customer service ever. The gentlemen took our orders quickly, we didn't have to wait long. He was a chill, nice guy. Great work ethics, super friendly. On the menu was variety of ice cream scoop in a cup or waffle cone, popsicles, soft serve ice cream, soda float, several toppings and syrups. I first got the pistachio, it was bright green with pieces of pistachios in it. It wasn't my favorite but everyone around me loved them. It didn't taste like pistachios to me. So I went back and got the butter pecan, now we're talking! It was pretty good, good amount of pecans in it, a bit tad sweet and the waffle cone complimented it. Ice cream truck came to my work today for everyone to enjoy. It was pretty limited in terms of flavors, though that was to be expected. One of my coworkers actually ordered the cotton candy flavor, which looked good. Most of us ordered vanilla or chocolate or the swirl. I got the rainbow sherbet because I wasn't really in the mood for vanilla or chocolate. I actually shouldn't have gotten the rainbow sprinkles with it because it had the texture of cardboard and kind of dented the flavor of the ice cream.
