I found out that Gary and his guys have years of experience and are now mostly doing small jobs. When the work was done, he provided a well oorganized invoice and charged a reasonable rate. A few weeks after, one of the hose bibs failed. Turned out to be a faulty part. Gary corrected the problem at no cost to me. Super impressed. Been a few years since and no problems with the work. We got our furnace 12 years ago so I thought that was odd since online it said that most furnaces last 20-30+ years. I called Jon and he agreed that it was strange and came out to have a look.
