We complained to the main office and their response to this was that they didn't think we spoke English (English is my preferred language). So their logic was: "if the customer does not speak English, we may as well send someone who doesn't speak English either because there's going to be no communication anyway" Stay away from this company if you want proper communication or have say in where they install the AC. Be ready to speak the language of the technician they send you because they may not speak English and start drilling holes in your wall without consent.

I decided not to go with Bode's Electric because their estimate was on the higher side among the several estimates I received. In fact, their estimate along with a few others were significantly higher than a couple of bids from other companies in town (more than double). Note: Although they are listed as different companies, Bode's and West Mechanical appear to be the same company. When called about the continuing issue they continued to deny any blame on their part and didn't want to come back, complaining it was too far despite doing the original job.
