Horrible people who don't know how to treat customers they think they own the world in their hands. Above all the rude Jim who is a so-called dispatcher refuses jobs and will give times on his own schedule. We call because it's an emergency and we pay them at the time of service. Many times, I was refused grease trap cleaning, and he would just abruptly disconnect the phone at your face. We always inform well ahead of time, and he never gives service the days we need. Most days he has an attitude I think he is bipolar. May be the owner does not know or does not care what that idiot is doing. So, we have moved to another company. You have lost a customer. You should be ashamed of having a person like that in your office. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about John And Eric from Demiglio Septic! I called the service after hours on a rainy Wednesday when I experienced a back up in my septic lines. John worked in the rain with a positive and calm attitude for about 40 min. He worked to troubleshoot the issue testing several possibilities. Eventually he cleared the clog and diagnosed the root cause. He cleaned up everything and went on his way. The price for an after hours call was more than fair. The office called to schedule the follow up appt needed the next day. With in a few more days John and Eric came to Jet the lines to resolve the root cause of the issue, showed me on the camera view of work completed and explained everything in layman's terms. They were again pleasant and timely. The fee for the jetting service was also very reasonable. Appreciate their courteousness and professionalism through this issue! read more

Same as many as the others. I pray u all don't fall for the cheap price. Cheap gets you cheap unfortunately. First they were due to stat on Monday but came 3 days early. That would be great if I didn't have my sprinkler. Than they put a ton of fill dirt on top instead of topsoil. Had fun shells trash all rocks upto a foot. I have no clue how one would even think that's acceptable unless they have no business sense. More than they they didn't level at all I have upto 12 in pits and valleys. So of course I reached out so they sent the owner. PAUL so he comes out I explained the issues his response was I am not a landscaper. Now the whole system has to be level below so he can level that but not the wrong dirt on top so like the unprofessional person is he said deal with my lawyer Malinsky, Michael J. In Atlantic City. So I reached out and at first he was a gentleman he asked for photos and video so I took 3 weeks to get several because they claim it floods because I picked days of horrible rain keeping in mind my lawn never flooded or anyone in my street. So after I sent Michael started acting like Paul. After two weeks of nothing he said it took u 3 weeks to get me the info. So ok I wait another week and 5 emails to Michael the lawyer and Paul the owner they don't even respond I can only assume this how Paul handles things very unprofessional. While the septic pumping service was fine, we were scheduled for the afternoon block, which meant they would arrive any time after 12pm. The worker arrived at 10:30 am and looked utterly confused about why I questioned his early arrival. Which wouldn't have been a problem except that my husband went outside just before the worker arrived to dig out the septic lid so we wouldn't have to pay the $85/hour digging fee. Since they arrived prior to the scheduled time, my husband didn't have time to dig out the lid and the worker had to do it, which took him all of 8 minutes. If I could give negative stars for this review, I would. My husband and I were purchasing a home earlier this summer in Marlton. When going through the septic inspection, it was noted that certain parts of the septic needed to be replaced but not all of it. One of the main issues was that there was "root intrusion in the D-Box as well as root a sludge build up within the laterals from the D-box as well. Our inspector specified that the D-Box needed to be replaced and the laterals needed to be cleared of obstructions and restored back to satisfactory water flow. " The previous owners had one very large tree planted on top of the septic which caused the issues to the septic in the first place over time. My husband called DiMeglio to try and get a better understanding of the job they were doing so we could ensure it was done correctly and we wouldn't run into these issues again. Paul DiMeglio had a conversation with him and admitted that some of the trees in the way could present a safety issue for his crew while digging but he wouldn't know too much more until they arrived to do the job. Fast forward, the crew is there doing the job. We are told that they aren't removing the tree and that there was no need to but part of the septic would overlap in our driveway so we couldn't drive over that portion of our driveway. That was ridiculous to us - so now we have a driveway in a home we are paying half a million dollars for and we can't use it to it's full capacity because Paul and the homeowners refused to take the tree down. my husband has trucks, trailers, and all kinds of equipment - he does outside labor intensive house projects so he has all kinds of things he needs to be able to store in the driveway and garages. He contacts Paul DiMeglio again to try and understand why anyone would ever put any part of a septic in the driveway. Paul was not only extremely unprofessional and rude to him but then he proceeded to try and tell us that the tree isn't in the way and doesn't need to be taken down. Since they weren't removing the tree (which would cause root intrusion again if we left it) they only had a small area to fit the septic in and that would include putting it in a portion of the driveway. Paul treated us like we were second class citizens. He used unprofessional language, played both sides (ours and the homeowners) against each other telling one person one thing and the other something different, and he flat out lied to us. My husband ended up going to the house and talking to the crew that was doing the actual work - they admitted the tree was the problem! Paul then proceeded to try and tell us how much of our driveway we can and can't use. Fast forward again to after the work was done - Paul showed up to our home the day we moved in to get his last piece of equipment out of our yard. He stared at us and didn't say a word - not hello, thanks for your business, he didn't ask how everything was, nothing. He was so rude! My husband and I also ended up paying to take the tree down ourselves so we wouldn't get septic damage in the long run. A few weeks later we had a giant sink hole in our backyard where they attempted to build up the dirt over the old tank. The ground literally caved in because it wasn't built up properly. We called DiMeglio sepctics number and spoke with someone who said they would have someone call us back and WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I would recommend using any other company to do your septic work. Paul's crew was made up of respectful gentleman who at least had the decency to tell us the truth but unfortunately they work under someone who is unprofessional, rude, lies, and doesn't follow up or even take ownership of their mistakes and half assed work. read more

We needed to have our septic system replaced and Di Meglio's Septic came highly recommended. Our yard was NOT the most convenient to work in due to storm damage and soil conditions, but the crew who came out did an absolutely expert job of installing the new system. I watched the entire installation and was just in awe of the workmanship and their ability to successfully overcome our "yard issues". These men are experts! Additionally, the owner and the office staff were extremely kind to us from day 1 to this day. They all were very responsive to questions we had. Terrible! I never write reviews but I need to share! The owner is AWFUL! I called for a septic report after he did a ton of work on a property, he told me he only sends a sticker? With no address on it? I told him we needed something stating what work was done? He called me a F***ing idiot? I am beside myself. I already reported him to the township inspector. I will be reporting him to the real estate commission, Better business bureau, literally anyone I can! I own 2 business, not sure how he even has 1! Caught them red handed on an overcharge and instead of admitting their "mistake" they doubled down and claimed it was all our fault. The other day I had a guy out from Dimeglio Septic in Hammonton to empty the tank. Well, he misjudged some lines coming to our house and knocked them down. So I called his supervisor to see what they would do about it and he proceeded to give me excuses and raise his voice at me! I was appalled by their terrible customer service. I had to have my brother call them as I was getting no respect.The service guy was gross, smoking cigarettes and splashing sewage onto our front cement slab and onto my son's bike and ball. I still had to pay for this "service" and no discount or apology was offered just a bunch of excuses and explanations of why I should be glad they're going to assist with the repairs. If you're looking for Septic work, I suggest you look elsewhere! Absolutely disgusted with this company and I will NEVER use them again. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! SPILLED SEWAGE ON OUR DRIVEWAY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do not write reviews but I felt that potential customers should be aware. I have used Dimeglio Septic for 5 years and the last time they came out they spilled sewage all over our driveway. It was disgusting and unsanitary. My son had to spend several hours cleaning it up. In addition, we had to spend an extra $150 over the $260 service fee for them to find our septic tank. We have been customers for 5 years so they should know where it was and they should not have charged us an extra $150. We called and requested a discount for our service since my son had to clean up the sewage and they refused! They said we could have a $50 credit for a service in the future. Not acceptable when he service is only performed every 2 years. They responded back that the spill was not that large of an area.(as if sewage spills happen all the time for them). read more

The most unprofessional and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They come out right away but then do not get your paperwork back and do not return phone calls. Every person you talk to pushes you off to someone else. I had to threaten them with a complaint to BBB to get my septic cert than we could not use the cert. because of his wording.
