She ueses this companybecause shes inreal estate and several homes need this service. they came on time which is amazing in its self.. the men worked as though it was choreographed. The job was done exactly as stated in the quote and when they left not a thing was out of place. No sign of digging every thing was cleaned up and I had a functioning system. Cameras were used inthe bed,pipes were cleaned and d box taken care of. Several contractors wanted to put a newsystem but thank God cedar creek did exactly what was needed. I highly recommend cedar creek. The best part of the whole project was I saved money. The other companies were 25 to 30 thousand . I only paid a fraction of that.

Silly me, I had my whole bathtub and kitchen sink back-up ‍ Joe from Jacobs Septic came within an hour of my call, not only drained my septic but also took apart the plumbing in my crawl space to find there was a blockage, cleared it, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I only scheduled for them to pump my septic and they ended up doing 4 hours of work for me. Phenomenal. No other company was able to come on such short notice so they definitely get an A+ in my book. This business is unreliable. Called them to clean a septic system and ended up not pumping but…read morestill charging. Said we needed almost $8000 worth of work that proved to be not needed. Called to tell them they never pumped the tank and they proceeded to act like I filled a 1000 gallon tank when I was on vacation. They don't stand by the customer and would rather talk over you on the phone then listen. I paid the bill for not pumping the tank and they said they would come back. But where is the invoice saying they completed work. Oh. I forgot. They didn't. On a side note the worker proceeded to keep talking about Trump and how minorities and foreigners are taking jobs and ruining America. I happen to be a foreigner. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else. At the time of writing this the manager said they would call right back. That was almost two hours ago and they're closed now.
