The home warranty company scheduled appointments that were not even possible for 123 Appliance Repair to uphold since they were waiting for the needed part to be delivered. The technician was quick to set up an appointment once the part arrived. I was able to maintain communication with the technician at all times. I would absolutely recommend this company to complete any other home repairs that I may need in the future. I have had two appointments that were set up through my home warranty company and your company was a no show for both of them. Your company has been impossible to get in touch with. i have called, left messages (when actually able to), other times the phone did a quick ring and disconnected, emailed, and had the warranty company reach out to you. When the warranty company can't get in touch with you there is a serious problem. After spending TWO HOURS on the phone with the warranty company and a total of 10 hours at my house waiting for your employee to show up as contracted I know that that issue has been with your services. My claim has already been approved, so after reading your responses on other posts please do not say that my claim was not approved. I find your business to be border line fraudulent at this point. Your repairman came to collect the service fee and was never to be heard from again. My claim was opened on 7/12 and with it now being 8/14 with two appointments that your company DID NOT show up for without even attempting to reach out to me is disgraceful. You were contracted to complete an approved job and the lack of professionalism from your company is disappointing to say the least.

Also operates under the name 123 appliance repair so pleaser beware if your claim is assigned to this company thru a warranty claim as apparently there is a documented history of this behavior occurring.

I brought it to their attention and they corrected the bill immediately. Mistakes happen, no big deal. The second time they came was to install a new starter switch on my glass stove counter top. The technician (Henry) cracked the glass while installing the new piece (Viking Stove Top). Accidents happen, no big deal...... only it WAS a big deal ! Henry acknowledged the damage, but the company would not. Was told several times that Tracey or someone from the front office would call to address the issue. Never received a call, call back or any communication, only correspondence was through Henry. Finally, Henry told me the company offered to install the new glass top for free.... BUT...... I had would have to pay for the part ($800.00) !!! What a bunch of CRAP ! However, not wanting to litigate, I offered to settle with them but they refused any counter offer. Several months later we went to court, it was the last thing I wanted to due. When we got there, I had all my documentation and photographs (before and after). They couldn't write a check and settle fast enough. What a horrible and deplorable way to treat clients ! The mark and sign of any good, quality company is not only the job they do the day of, but the job / service you receive the day after. This Mickey Mouse company has failed miserably on both counts ! Not wanting to end on a negative note, there are good, competent, professional appliance repair services in the area. One reviewer mentioned Art Handler and my personal experience is that they are very good. Also highly recommend "Mr Gee's Appliance Repair" This guy is the real deal - knowledgeable, professional and reasonable (#609-321-4949). Hope this has been helpful and good luck !

We've been loyal customers of All Brand for years, and my mother has also used Dan's services…read moremultiple times. We've always tried to support this local small business, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We were given an appointment window of 12:00-2:00 PM. My husband wanted to be present to discuss an issue with our washing machine, but he was at work only about 10 minutes away. When the office called to say Dan was on his way, my husband immediately said he'd leave work and be home in about 10 minutes. The problem was that Dan arrived at least 30 minutes before our appointment window even began. Instead of waiting the 10 minutes my husband needed to get home, he became upset, saying he didn't have time to wait and that this was why he gives appointment windows. We found that response confusing, since he was the one who arrived before the agreed-upon window. We understand that service schedules can change and appreciate when technicians are ahead of schedule. However, arriving early shouldn't create an obligation for customers to be available before the scheduled window begins. We also felt that, as repeat customers who had supported the business over the years, a little courtesy and flexibility would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. It's disappointing to lose a local company we've trusted for years, but professionalism and respect for customers' time matter just as much as respecting a technician's schedule.

I understand that Mr. Applicance is a franchise and that each location is not the same - you need…read moreto know this fact, first! I've seen some horrible reviews on Yelp concerning "Mr. Appliance" and they do NOT reflect the Mr. Applicance of Sewell, not one bit! From the moment I made my initial phone call I felt confident in my choice of repairmen. The operator understood my situation which was a floral refrigerator had stopped 'refrigerating', and understood I had an immediate need of diagnosis and repair. The gentleman "Scott" that arrived the next day assessed the situation, and with the assistance of a co-worker "Ryan", they installed a "quick fix" to get me through the next few days, while a new compressor was ordered. The following week the compressor arrived to their location and Scott returned the next day to install the new compressor. Keep in mind, during the entire visit, Scott (and Ryan) were very kind to explain to me what was going on and how they were approaching the situation. I felt that I was in "good hands" the entire time. Once the new compressor was installed and checked for leaks, even adding coolant to the system, I was back up and running without any further delays. It was far better to replace a $3K compressor than an $8K refrigerator, and with the added cost of the service-call and labors, it was honestly "money well-spent!" If you're looking for "cheap", you will get "cheap": cheap-service, cheap parts, cheap people, cheap workmanship. If you want something done right, do it right the first time, and honestly and sincerely you can trust Mr. Appliance of Sewell to do just that, doing it right the first time without "being taken to the cleaners." You know you need someone you can trust. I know you can trust these folks. Feel free to contact me directly for any questions relating to my experiences. I have these people saved/bookmarked all over (my phone, my computer) in case my other cooler decides to go on a permanent vacation during a very busy time of year.

I strongly recommend avoiding Mr. Appliance at all cost…read more I contacted them to repair my Sub-Zero refrigerator and was quoted $129 for the service call over the phone. However, when the technician arrived, I was charged $179 instead. I agreed to the repair, but shortly after the technician left--within 20 minutes--I called back to cancel the service, as I found another technician who could do the repair the same day. Initially, I was told that canceling wouldn't be a problem. But about 30 minutes later, I received another call informing me it was "too late" to cancel. I asked to speak with a manager. When I finally reached her, she told me she would adjust the service call fee back to the original $129. That credit was never applied. Two days later, I was told the part had arrived. But when I called to schedule the repair, I was suddenly told that the part hadn't even been ordered. After putting me on hold to check, the representative realized her mistake and scheduled the service for October 8. When I asked for a time window, I was told simply "all day." Again, I asked to speak with a manager. I was promised a callback within 24-48 hours. It never happened--despite multiple follow-up calls and text messages on my part. The technician eventually returned on October 8 and completed the repair. Then, on October 9, I received a call from the district manager clearly only because I had left negative feedback. When I explained the situation and mentioned that I had been requesting a manager for nearly two weeks, he claimed this was the first he was hearing of it. He made no effort to investigate what had happened, and his only solution was to offer a free service call in the future like I would ever want to use them after this nightmare of lies and unprofessionalism. This entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor, promises were broken, and the level of customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone looking for reliable, transparent, or respectful service.
