Soooo first and foremost, this place is awesome and we will be using Trash Warrior for all of our junk needs from here on out. Found them using a Google search and we desperately needed same day trash removal because we had a landlord coming by the following day to check things out. The website was SO easy to use. I booked the job in 15 minutes. You just pick a truck size, add the items you need need picked up to the inventory for additional pricing and then pick a time and upload pictures of your trash pile. Now for the important part of the review: MIKE NGUYEN is our HERO!!!!!! Such a nice guy! He was very communicative and texted me with his arrival time and such. He was so personable and friendly and very efficient with removing our stuff. We brought him out a water bottle and chatted him up while he worked. This company found me trough yelp. Right of the bat. My request on yelp was that I had 50 gallons of gas that I took out of my boat because it had water in it Dimension contacted me. I told them that I had 10, 5gal buckets of of contaminated gas. The asked me what it was contaminated with and I told them water. They asked me how much water and I told them a couple of gallons. So they gave me a price of 780.00 so I payed for it with my credit card and they gave me a time and a date. Then a couple of days later I get another call from a different person from this company and he gave me a quote that was almost half of what I just paid. I told him that I already paid for and had a pick up date. So he looked it up and verified it. Then nobody showed up on the pickup date . So a couple days later I texted to find out what happened. I told her that I got a different quote from her company if the gas was in a 55gl barrel and that I had went out and bought one. And I sent her a picture of the drum. So she said that she would talk to the person who gave me the cheaper quote. So I don't hear from her for a couple more days, so I emailed her again. She said that she had been trying to email me. I don't know why she didn't get ahold of me but she had no problem getting ahold of me before. So then she tells me that I told her that I said it was desiel fuel with water in it ( which is a lie) so she was going to have to change me a little more. 1,438.00 . A little!!!!!! That's almost doubled!!!!! So I think that they breached a verbal contract, since they had already taken the money out of my credit card. Bait and switch, because they already took my money and tried doubling the charge. So they have had the money out of my credit card for 3 weeks and I don't know if it has been put back in yet. I am a hauler. They called and contracted me for a pick up today. Honestly I think their pricing they quoted the end client is somewhat cheap. So home owners & residents this place does not over charge! They helped me adjust the price slightly because my pickup had 2 and 1/2 hours drive time involved. Yes they will work with both ends contractors and clients. Honestly, they did not make very much from this lead they hired me for. They must make money by volume. I've tried a few junk removal services in the Scottsdale area in the past, but this is by far the best. I scheduled a pickup of my old sofa the evening before. I got the exact price it would take to remove it, including going up three flights of stairs. I scheduled a pickup for the next day. The guy shows up and takes away my sofa. I couldn't ask for more. Booking was a bit confusing because I didn't realize I needed to scroll down to find a separate listing for "sectional" as opposed to "sofa", so it ended up costing $35 additional I hadn't planned on, but sometimes that's just how it goes. My recommendation - scroll through the entire list of options before making your selection! Our trash warrior Arnold was quick and effective removing our battered old sectional (pictured). Everyone wore masks. It was super easy and I will most definitely be using Trash Warrior again in the future for any junk removal needs I may have! read more

Had a good experience despite some confusion about what needed removal from my yard. I ended up having to wait over the holiday weekend to get the job finished by another person (Steve was great!) Next time I will be more clear about what needs removal and where it is, in my case I didn't make it clear that there were stairs involved though I did send photos on how to get to the junk which included stairs. There definitely needs to be a category for stairs in the initial online request. I do think the trash warrior model is a good idea and I like being able to just pay upfront for items listed but there's always a chance the price estimation will not match how much the junk weighs and there needs to be more emphasis on how large items are for their initial description request if they expect you to pay up front. Otherwise they should just come by and estimate the payment right there on-site. read more

We paid $720 for a 10-day, 20-yard dumpster rental to be delivered Saturday, 2/18/23 at 9AM. At 9:30AM, we called dimension because we didn't receive the dumpster. Karen at dimension was polite, but she was the first person to let us know the delivery time is actually a 3-hour window. This was not communicated when we inquired nor when we paid. Karen called the provider, found out they had a problem with their truck, and asked if we could change the delivery date to Monday, 2/21 instead. This was not an option because we needed the holiday weekend to work on a time sensitive project. Karen ultimately offered a provider who could deliver a dumpster between 3 and 6PM on Saturday, but their dumpster was only available until Wednesday and they delivered at 5:35PM. So, our 10-day booking was cut in half and we lost the first full day of work. I asked about having the rate adjusted and Karen assured us management would be apprised of the issues with our booking and would reach out to us to resolve the rate issue. The following Monday (2/21), Greg Llavore, Jr. (Sales Development Rep we booked with) sent a generic email stating he was doing a "courtesy follow-up to check on [our] appointment" and enlisted us to contact him directly for additional bookings in the future. This struck us as an odd approach to resolve issues we thought he'd be aware of. I sent a detailed email about what occurred and directly asked about the rate being adjusted since we paid for 10 days but had the dumpster for less than 5 full days. Greg offered a 15% refund and a discount on a future booking. This offer is not acceptable, which I communicated to Greg. In response, Greg said this was the best they could do due to "minimum fees in the recycling facility and landfill" and contended we weren't charged for 10 days since we asked for a quote for 7 days initially. I replied expressing my confusion about the fees mentioned when their Corporate Service Agreement states dimension does not provide waste management or function as a waste management carrier. Their agreement states the services they offer are use of the tech platform which connects customers with waste management providers. I also sent him the 7-day quote he originally provided, which was less than $720 and again indicated a 15% discount is not an acceptable rate reduction when our rental was for less than half the time we paid for. To add insult to injury, I was issued a $90 refund to my payment method, which is less than 15% of $720. I requested to correspond with a different member of the management team and received no response. I reached out via the dimension chat feature on the website on 2/24 and corresponded with an agent named Jhicko who said they'd help. They only confirmed my email address and I still have not heard back from management. It has been over 2 weeks since we informed Greg of the booking issues and he has not resolved our issues satisfactorily. The stars are for the provider we ended up with; Jaymes was professional and communicative. I cannot say the same for dimension. I would not book with dimension in the future due to the failure to communicate or resolve the issues with our booking satisfactorily. read more

First experience was the worst experience, never again. Booked an appt in advance for 8am today, well at 8:30 am I was calling them as they're claim is the "contracted warrior" that was to come, his vehicle broke down at 7:30am. During my call with Jakob, he made all sorts of excuses for them not letting me know in advance. After having gone through this frustration, being on a time schedule I called back and told him to cancel and refund my money immediately. To make matters worse after all that, at 8:45am I get an email from their group about the drivers vehicle breaking down. Horrible customer service, not reliable at all. I have used this service 2 times, my first experience was good; whomever they used as a 3rd party deliverer of the dumpster and retrieval were prompt, communicated arrivals etc. My second experience has been "trash," the 3rd party service sent the driver with a truck that they knew had an air leak in its system so that when he dropped off my dumpster, his truck could not get off my property and blocked my street for several hours inconveniencing my neighbors until it was towed away. I then requested an earlier pick-up than originally scheduled, as we filled the dumpster and needed it out of the way for our Open House. I contacted them on Monday, via their chat because when you try to find a phone number on their website "Contact Us" link it just redirects you back to the website rather than give you the requested information. The chat stated that the pick-up was scheduled and that the 3rd party would contact me to confirm, NEVER happened. On the day of pick-up when I reached out to Dimension (again had to use the chat) and finally got a phone number, I just get redirected to call back at a later time. My wife at some point in the morning got through and was able to confirm that they would pick-up the dumpster by 3pm; at 6pm no one contacted us, dumpster is still in my yard and when I finally left a message about giving a bad review I immediately get a call back from a manager who then asks for 15min to find out what is going on. I tell him he has 5 minutes to get the info, he hangs up. I feel generous and give him his 15 minutes, NOTHING! No call back, no follow up I have a chat dialogue box which has me on hold to talk to a representative for (at this time 29 minutes). i have called back at the manager number it sends the same message that the chat box contact number plays (to call them back). After my first experience I was going to recommend them to friends/family that need dumpster service but NOW NEVER AGAIN!!! I used Trash Warrior twice during my move. Once to rent a dumpster for 3 days as I went through our house and garage and need to throw big things away. And another time to haul a big dresser than I was never able to sell on OfferUp. Overall, it was good service and they completed the task...but on BOTH occasions they were late. Like not 20 minutes late. But HOURS late. My dumpster was supposed to be delivered to my driveway between 9AM-11AM. It got there at 5pm. No call from them to give me a heads up. Just me calling THEM at noon asking what the deal was. They explained that the driver's truck was broken and he needed to switch vehicles. That's fine, but your job is to call the customer to let them know ahead of time. Not stay silent until i reach out. As for the junk pickup, they were supposed to be at my house at 4pm--they showed up at 630pm. The driver called me at the time he was supposed to be there saying he wasn't going to make it in time. Once again, they helped me but obviously this is a new biz trying to iron the kinks out. Timing was a sever issue. read more

Be very careful with these guys. I put in a request for removal of drywall and other construction materials. I uploaded photos of the material and expected a quote from Trash Warrior based on the photos provided. I got a call the day before pickup from Trash Warrior at which point I was told, by phone (and I asked this part very carefully) that I would indeed get a revised quote based on the photos and if the cost was not to my liking, I could cancel and get a full refund. No revised quote arrived from Trash Warrior. I then called, the day before the scheduled service, the vendor assigned to my job and asked him for the quote. He said send photos (even though Trash Warrior had photos) which I then texted to him. I then texted him again after he received the photos for the quote and called him again for the quote. In both cases, he did not respond. Vendor showed up the next day (1 1/2 hours late by the way), Trash Warrior then told me the quote for this job would be 6 times what I was expecting. Six times! I then told them I'm not interested. Trash Warrior rep refused to refund the initial deposit because the vendor actually showed up. I am working with my credit card company to make this right since Trash Warrior requires you to pay a certain amount up front. I attempted multiple times (and have proof of that) to get an accurate quote which they did not deliver prior to arrival. At no point did anyone say we can't give you an accurate quote until we see the materials in person. If they had, I could have decided to have them come or not on site (and be prepared for no refund of my fee) or simply move on to another trash service. The game here is they don't quote you on 'unlisted' items,' show up, try to charge you an arm and a leg for it (I could get a dumpster for the price they wanted to charge me! much more than other vendors had wanted to charge!) and then keep your deposit without having followed their own rules of engagement of how they are supposed to do business. Concept is good in theory but if you don't follow your own rules of how you're supposed to do business, it is not a business to be trusted. read more

We were moving and needed to get a big dumpster to haul away things we didn't need any more. This place quoted up $450 for a minimum of 3 days. They then said the price was going to be $550 because the place they contract with quoted them $550. The dumpster was 4 hours late. The two men that showed up said that they were just contracted 45 minutes before arrival. They also quoted us $350 for two days NOT $550 for 3 days! I requested a refund of at least the additional $100. Dimension formerly known as Trash Warrior said no refunds!!! They then accused me of requesting only 2 days. They said that they would attempt to get the 3rd day. I told them that $350 for 2 days is a better quote and that we would be using the other company in the future. Their online system makes it easy to book but doesn't allow for a lot of back and forth communication, so when the tasker went out to collect the garbage and there were issues, he didn't call us to sort it out. Trash Warrior doesn't provide a communication system. Then on top of these issues we had, instead of refunding us the cost since we had to go out and buy new trash bins, THEY CHARGED THE TASKER AND FIRED HIM, AND GAVE US NO REFUND. I ordered a 40 yard dumpster from these people on12/6/21 to be delivered on 12/17 as we were moving our business and needed to clean up our current location. On 12/16 I was informed that no one with them had accepted the job and as of then we were not getting a dumpster but they were still trying. On 12/19 I was advised that they found someone who could deliver a dumpster the next day but that only a 20 yard dumpster was available. I told the lady I didn't think it would be enough room but that I was out of time and to deliver the 20 yard. Several hours later I received an email advising that they were sorry but that the 20 yard was no longer available. On 12/21 I received another email advising that she was sorry but due to the high demand there was nothing available in my area and that she would issue a full refund. On 12/28 I still had not received the refund of $756. I emails and shortly after they finally processed my refund. It hasn't hit my credit card yet. Was charged $85 up front then received a phone call later in the day that the price was changing to $200 and that they had to reschedule for the next day. Turns out this company outsources the work to other local junk haulers, something you as a Yelp user can do without the middleman fee. Trash Warrior charged my credit card up front, but now this is the 3rd reschedule. The last time "Tom" rescheduled he said would be here first thing in the morning today. I just received a phone call from "Tom" saying he was running behind and will now be here 4-5 hours later.
