Now, I am not an owner, so I guess it is okay for me to rate this place, besides, YELP keeps hounding me with messages to rate this place ever since I posted a photograph. It has been an awesome place to work the past 31 years. The 2008 economic meltdown has hit us hard, as the majority of our clients are private developers, and their financing comes from those big banks and investment firms like Lehman Brothers, who lost their shirts with the subprime mortgage failures from 2008-2009. The economy is struggling to get back on its feet, and meanwhile, public agencies have been hit hard for the past two years as they were strapped for funding. No private developers to pay those exorberant fees and taxes, no funds for the public sector to pay their people. I give H&A 5-stars because of their/our philosophy of NO PROBLEM. They/we take on our client's problems as our problems, and find solutions and new, creative directions to make their ideas into reality. The place has to be a great place, for me and others to have worked here for over 30 years.
