It started with basic design idea on the back of a napkin and turned into The Most Beautiful outdoor kitchen! Way above our wildest dreams. Jason came to our home with a tape measure and some blue painters tape to turn our napkin vision into some real workable dimensions for a custom build. He gave us a really great deal and reasonable expectations for delivery. We went to the showroom and met with Kaitlyn to pick out tiles and that is where the magic happened. Kaitlyn and my fiancé worked beautifully as a team to select the perfect counter-top, back-splash tiles and some stack-stone accents. They really know their business and products. The delivery team arrived 8 weeks later; meeting the original promise made by Jason. The team was professional and careful as they turned the napkin vision into reality. The next day, Eddy the "palapa guy" came to confirm the dimensions for the palapa roof. A couple days later and our outdoor kitchen was completed. Our outdoor kitchen / bbq island is so much more beautiful than I ever could have hoped. I cannot find words to describe how happy we are. Thank you Jason and Kaitlyn from Valley Hot Springs Spas. Justin was very thorough and polite and had great communication skills and addressed all of our concerns. He made 3 trips back to the job to make sure everything we had requested met our satisfaction. The price came in less than we expected and now we are back enjoying our swim spa for the summertime. I'm impressed with their after-sale service pledge for the products that they sell, that's rare in today's marketplace but this company has been doing business for many years and I think the key to their success has been they have a good product and they represent it well even after the sale.

RYAN responded, conducted an inspection of the spa, and suggested a "clean sweep" service, which included cleaning the interior and exterior of the spa cabinet, removing pest evidence, replacing a non-working part, draining the spa, cleaning it, refilling it, and getting the chemicals back in order. RYAN was very knowledgable and friendly. Regarding the cost, it was very reasonable. At no time did it appear RYAN was trying to sale anything; just an honest inspection without any hidden fees. In addition, we were able to have the work scheduled and completed within two days. At the conclusion of the work, RYAN provided before and after photos.
