There have been plenty of times when I've had to stand in the waiting room because her family is taking up all of the seats. Also, she often has her young sons running the counter and cleaning the beds. I'm not saying that a kid under the age of 12 can't clean a bed or run a register, but it does make me a bit nervous. I brought a couple of pictures of the hair style I wanted and what I got looks NOT even close to what I expected, my hair is so uneven all over my head, have patches on top of my head that don't even measured two inches long. It seems to me she was overwhelmed of the fact that I have lots of hair and she just started graving bunches of my hair twisting it and cutting it off.
