After researching local options for a quality spray tan for my wedding in Estes Park, I came across the Screaming' Peach & decided to go ahead & give it a try. I'm not local to the area, so I really had no idea what the reputations were of spray tan establishments & didn't want to risk having a bad spray tan. I really went deep into the internet to find quality reviews of spray tans & this was the one place that seemed to have it down to an art. Even though I had to drive about an hour from Estes Park to Longmont, it was 100% worth it. The lobby area is super cute with a great selection of clothing, accessories & gifts. I didn't have to wait very long before being called back to the service room. The woman who did my spray tan was SO incredibly nice & paid extra attention to detail. She was done in about 10 minutes & we had a nice conversation about each others' lives in that time. When I went to go check out, she recommended a travel-sized kit that would help prolong the life of the tan, and I'm SO glad that she did! I kept the glow going for about a week & a half after because of this. All-in-all, I was very impressed with the quality of service, attention to detail & skill. Wow! This is one of the cutest places I have been to! Never mind how cute the location is but the spray tans are amazing! I moved to Boulder, Colorado three weeks and was in need of a good air brush spray tan! I am a regular spray tanner, so I have high expectations! It was a short drive up to Longmont and parking is super easy at this location. Everyone was so courteous. Jill, who did my spray tan, was professional and was very detailed in my "next steps". I paid extra for the 2 hour developer and was able to shower after two hours. The color is so natural and it looks fabulous. I have gotten so many compliments on it already and I just got it done two days ago. The kicker for this place was that they called to follow up with my appointment the next day. How awesome! It says 'Walk-In's Welcome' on their door, but every time I do I'm turned away. Every. Time. ‍ The two times I've been in with an appointment they've put me with the same girl. Service/skill was about average - for an eye and lip wax I'm usually out in 5 minutes, no more than 10 minutes. read more

The technician that did my wax was super knowledgeable, careful, and outgoing! She took her time to give me the results I wanted and she also gave me some awesome tips. THIS IS THE BESTEST WAXING PLACE YOU WILL EVER GO TO!!! I go here with my mom all the time at least every month or so to get our brows done for only 15$! Called Friday afternoon, got scheduled for Saturday at 9:30. I arrived and they did not have me on the schedule and asked me if I was sure. I repeated the conversation word by word that I had on Friday. They stated they were fully booked and of course I did not reschedule. Every single time I've came here it's been a bad experience, employees look annoyed to be there, made me bleed, patches of hair, pinched my skin with tweezers, scheduling issues and high turnover rate. Let me start by saying I have gone to this location for years with no issue. Until most recently. I was running a few minutes late due to bad weather and an accident. I arrived late, yes my fault. I asked the receptionist if I could still be seen and if not I'd be happy to reschedule. I was told they could still see me. The waxer was extremely rushed. She didn't ask what I wanted for my eyebrow wax and really didn't say a word to me. I was on her table less than 2 minutes and in the place less than 5 from check in to check out. During my wax and after I knew something was wrong. My eyebrows were in intense pain that I have never experienced before and my eyebrows are now extremely uneven. I went out to pay and told the girl that I wish you all would have never agreed to take me back. I did nothing to deserve the way that lady waxed me. Once I got to my car I looked in the mirror and to my horror the area was swollen and bruised. Especially on the left. I had wax still all over my face and multiple areas where she missed waxing all together. About an hour later I called and asked to speak to a manager. She offered no way to help or remedy my situation and I couldn't help but cry from the amount of pain I was in. She seemed bothered and annoyed to be on the phone with me. She said someone will contact me but so far it has been a week and no one has called. For the first two days the area above my left eye was so swollen I could barely open my eye. The bruising has remained so bad that it looks like I got punched. There are multiple cuts above my eye as well. A week since the swelling is decreased but not gone. The bruising and pain remains. I have been in intense pain this entire week. So please if you read all of this save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

I NEVER got the message, otherwise why would I show up at NINE IN THE MORNING on A Sunday??? Also, I received a CONFIRMATION text two days before to which I said YES. The girl at the counter was EXTREMELY rude saying 'we did contact you' multiple times. WHY WOULD I HAVE BEEN THERE IF YOU CONTACTED ME? Beyond unacceptable RUDE customer service.
