Horrible experience! She wouldn't honor my groupon. Although she told me to save the voucher for next time. Her deal to me was, she would highlight my hair, cut for $60. Plus I gave her a generous tip because she took hours. My hair came out orange highlights that I had to live with. I actually redid my own highlights weeks afterwards. Found this on Groupon (this should've been my first clue) and was interested as I had a fancy dinner to attend so I wanted to treat myself. My appointment was at 12:30 and was for a cut, partial highlights, and a blow dry. My appointment didn't end until around 4:10 pm. I do have longer hair but it should never have taken this long. She spent most of her time brushing my hair and talking the whole time. there were times where I had to close my eyes in hopes that she would get the point that I just wanted to sit there and kind of relax and hoping she would pick up her pace. Her child showed up in the middle of my appointment and was asking her keys to the house or for her mom to take her to go get markers . There was no "excuse me"or "one moment"or anything just completely interrupted my appointment. Very unprofessional. She cut one side of my hair at an angle and shorter than the other side; a noticeable difference. After reading some reviews and doing some research, I have come to the conclusion that this place is all smoke in mirrors. The website looks professional and the salon looks professional but she does not have the skill set, plain and simple. She has no business working on anyone's hair. I was lucky enough to be squeezed in today to have my hair fixed by a professional, and I am much happier. read more

Jen is nice but she isn't a professional/expert at what she does (although her website says otherwise). I asked for simple blonde highlights and got auburn/orange highlights. She was nice enough to try to fix them 2 different times after my initial visit and they kept getting darker and darker from her just toning it (easy way out) instead of redoing her incorrect work so my hair became brittle/damaged and I never got the hair coloring I wanted.... pretty upsetting since I'm going out of state in a couple days. She also stopped responding after I asked for a refund (minus the $35 tips I gave her). Which in itself is pretty unprofessional..... I ended up having to pay the same amount plus more to get it fixed.... and I had to get it recut because it was so damaged. If you want professional hair coloring, this isn't the place but a simple hair cut should be fine, although it would be much cheaper any where else so I don't recommend this salon for any hair care needs. read more

I unfortunately booked an appointment here because I am so busy and didn't have time to go to my normal person that is about 30 min away. I wish I would have taken the time to go and see him. I asked for 2 inches off and she cut nearly 6 inches. Then she took an hour and a half to cut and dry my hair. At that point I could have gone to my normal person. When she dried my hair so put so much product in my hair I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair. I had to wash my hair when I got home. I also don't know how she thought she gave a good haircut and let me walk out of there looking the way I did. It seriously looks as if I had a bite taken out do my hair. I don't know what kind of styling she did but it was awful. I went home and cried. Don't waste your time or money to have your hair ruined. read more

Well when she said she specializes in blondes I trusted her but the end result was horrible full of gold and high pricing! I specifically told her I don't want any gold or brass in hair! I Called and Went back the following Saturday she put on another color which lasted a week and I still have gold streaks through it which I hate! Not happy with results! I've been coming to Jennifer for many years. She meets a lot essential criteria. 1. She accommodates my schedule very easily. 2. She lets me do all my work notes while she's working on my hair.... 3 She makes the gray go away and Iook completely natural. I'm actually 87 years old but you would not know it. I never leave bad reviews but this was the worst salon experience of my life. I have gotten one haircut in a year and I hoped to take a few hours to myself to relax today, which was the opposite of what this was. :( It was extremely dirty (urine all over the bathroom, huge clumps of hair all over the salon, and an alarming amount of hair all over the waxing area) and I left with huge orange chunks of hair. I have to pay a fortune to have the color corrected now but she seemed really inexperienced. She's a friendly woman but the condition of the salon is in now way acceptable for clients, my hair is uneven, and it's orange. :( While my hair was processing she was sitting a few seats away on her cell phone and generally stylists are preparing the next step, cleaning, or getting you a beverage. She was kind enough to offer to let Groupon credit me for the service but I can't recommend this salon and I'm really concerned about how dirty it is during a pandemic. To the owner: You seem like a very kind person but you need a deep clean of the salon and a significantly better ambiance with better color service to increase traffic and encourage repeat customers. There shouldn't be hair from previous customers all over and the bathroom is alarmingly filthy. read more

Jennifer is not knowledgeable at what she does. I went a few month ago and it was the worst highlights I have ever done. Worst haircut. No style. I left the salon not feeling pretty and my hair had a weird color. I don't think she really know how to do highlights nor haircut. I asked her to keep my length and she cut so much! I went today and got my choppy haircut fixed that I had gotten from Dimensions Salon! They were shocked and laughed at my experience with Dimensions Salon. What was upsetting to me is when they showed me my gray roots that she didn't cover and I had thought that was the only thing she did right....guess I as wrong! When looking for a hair professional don't go through Fash.com and definitely don't go to Dimensions Salon. read more
