My friend and I booked an appointment same day and came together. I got a classic acrylic pedicure with Lucy and my friend got a full set acrylic manicure with Hannah. The attention to detail and the way our comfort was ensured throughout the experience was great! The classic pedicure was so nice and relaxing - the massage was incredible and much needed. I pulled up my confirmation email that funny enough had all of the fee's I would be charged if I was a 'no show' or cancelled my appointment. There was no remedy, offered other than the insinuated suggestion that I could come back the next day. I explained that the next day was my birthday, and in three days was my anniversary trip. I also have two under two, so I was really looking forward to having this done just for myself. I also explained that my husband took time off (to watch the kids) so that I could make this appointment - no the salon's fault, but a lot went into this appointment just to be turned away. I left the salon and tears, although that was due to the disappointment, not the direct behavior of the staff once I had arrived. It has been three days since my appointment. I gave the salon a few days, in case they tried to reach out to me based on good customer service. I have also emailed them and sent them a Facebook message but I've gotten no response. I've had my lashes done at several salons over the past six years, and I am very familiar with typical customer service in this area. I am extremely disappointed in this salon. While I have heard great things about them, the way they handled a first time client was not business like.
