Sasha took her time to understand how I wanted my hair to be cut. First, she gave me one of the best shampoos I have ever had. Then she was meticulous in how she cut my hair. As I watched her, I knew she knew what she was doing. Finally, Sasha did a tremendous job on the blow out style. RUINED my hair!! I…read morehad gorgeous natural looking highlights and came here to get them touched up and add a few more to blend my roots. Somehow there was such miscommunication that she turned me into a BLONDE (see before & after pictures). I had to go somewhere else to get it toned dark because I didn't want to be so blonde! It wouldn't be the end of the world if she hadn't over bleach it so much. She used a heavy hand when applying the bleach and STARTED in the front and top section of my hair. This made the most visible parts of my hair the most damaged. I've never had a hairstylist start the highlighting process on the pieces around your Face. They completely fried while waiting on the back to "catch up". She then roughly scrapped/rubbed the bleach off the front, over-fried pieces with a towel which I'm sure caused even more breakage and damage. My hair is now gummy, elastic, broken, and frizzy. I hate it. I had to cut 5 inches off to attempt to make it better. It's been a month and I'm still SO upset which is why I'm finally writing a review. I paid $300 + $$ on repair products, just to ruin my healthy/natural looking hair. I'm still so dang upset and would do anything to go back and not walk into this salon that day.

I booked a last minute pedicure and manicure appointment through ClassPass. I booked the…read moreappointments 45 minutes before hand. I showed up at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. When I showed up, the owner warmly greeted me. She was doing a manicure on a client. I informed her I had just booked an appointment through ClassPass. I was told not to book two appointments at a time as it is confusing. I was asked if I could wait about 30-45 minutes because it was only two individuals working. Both individuals had clients. I informed the owner of my timeline, and she said it was possible. Once the owner finished with the client, she took me for my no polish manicure. I apparently have a lot of skin. She took her time to remove the excess skins, but I was cut. The owner did my pedicure and removed my calluses (she said ooh after feeling my calluses LOL. Unlike most places who use a throwaway plastic to align the foot bath, that is not the case there. My toe nails looked good. I had to cut some of the service out as I had a time crunch. If you have the time required, it's a good place to get a manicure and pedicure. If I am in the area, I would go back minus the small cuts. I would also bring my own manicure set to use.

Seeing folks walk in after us get the person we selected in the app. Bumped us another 30 minutes, which was it. The economy is not what is was, losing business will start to impact these poorly run businesses. If you can't manage folks getting their haircuts and a basic schedule, your not fit to run a barber shop. So that's it's a wrap for us, I'll gladly pay double for the proper service and communication.

First time it happened, okay, mistakes happen. This is now the THIRD time it has happened. They will cut one inch around your ear when you literally told them NOT to do that.
