Fantastic breakfast this morning!! My wife, 6 month old daughter and I are camping at Findley SP and ventured out, after last night's storm, for a significant breakfast. This was it! Great food, great price. The waitstaff was extremely attentive as well. We are planning to stop there for lunch tomorrow on our way home. read more

A Standard of the community enjoyed by locals. This was my first time here and well... The food for the most part was a bit sub par. The taste was fine but, sadly the the cod was seemed straight from the freezer, fries the same. I personally had a western burger see photos and the crazy skillet. The skillet was drowned in canned gravy that lacked flavor, the ingredients were barely noticeable under the gravy, the toast was sandwich bread and hard. On a plus the young ladies working were fast and courteous. My drink never ran dry and the food was at our table fast. I can honestly say I was saddened by the food and delighted by the servers. It would be no additional cost to serve the same dishes fresh. A basic sausage gravy is a staple of diner foods. The eggs in the skillet were loosely cooked which is a food buzz kill for me. If you want ok food at decent prices and good service stop on in. If you want classic diner food that's fresh well keep driving. read more

Went with wife, granddaughter and a friend for a late breakfast. Granddaughter's milk was spoiled asked waitress to check date of carton. She comes back saying milk was out dated by 5 days. I asked for toast no butter, toast was covered in butter type spread, tasted horrible. Hash browns greasy. Wife's meal no better. Live nearby and I will not be back. read more

Coming here for dinner is hands down the worst choice I made in the last 10 years of my life. Keep in mind, I've been married and divorced TWICE during this time. Food: cold, barely sufficient...I mean what wasn't spoiled anyway. Reuben: meat = dry, sauce = spoiled, sauer kraut - horrible. The rye bread was decent. Thankful I didn't order coffee...the cups that were left on the table were filthy... inside and out. Pierogis...sufficient. Broccoli soup...warm & definitely came from a can or a bag. Even the soda was disappointing...flat! Don't get me started on the wait staff. Thankfully we came in at shift change because the individual that took our drink order was flustered and maybe half dead. She also smelled of cabbage. Sorry. Not sorry! Hygiene is important!! The radio...yes. It was tuned to a most awful station of static and when I asked if it could possibly be tweaked a bit to be less horrible I was told that they didn't have access to the radio. I just wonder, who turns it on when they open? Off when they close? Who has THAT power? I cannot wait to get out of here. Assuming that a check ever appears. I feel the vomit rising as I type. **Update: my bill was wrong. The waitress was nice about it but it was still wrong when we left...I just wanted to get the hell out of there. read more

On a random drive into Wellington, on a very impromptu decision, decided to swing in for lunch. Despite living in Wellington years prior, this was my first time visiting this mom and pop shop. We sat ourselves and were almost immediately greeted by our extremely friendly and welcoming waitress, bringing menus and taking our drink order. Of course there were a few different entrees I wanted to try, but couldn't decide which to get. Our waitress, an amazing sales person, suggested ordering two of the items a la cart and the the dinner special, as it was the best way to get all items at the best price. This was such an amazing upsell, as the items aren't listed a la cart on the menu. Our food was fantastic, served hot, and the waitress was great at checking in and was extremely pleasant with each encounter. We watched her hop from table to table, smiling ear to ear and engaging with her customers. She reconfirmed order selections, comparing to herself, and ended up adding on a slice of cake to our order (even though we both knew we couldn't eat another bite) because she was that great at her job! She made sure to personalize the back of our receipt (wishing me a happy birthday) and paid compliments while we were checking out. She 100% turned us into returning customers, and if all of their staff as amazing as our waitress was, we will be life long customers. It was a breath of fresh air to see someone her age, as she was younger, with the work ethic and great customer service she had! read more

Super friendly diner located in downtown Wellington. Prices are very, very good with huge portions. You certainly won't leave hungry here!

Awesome gyros and perogis. Warning, the small gyro is big and the large one is huge. Staff was friendly and efficient. The place is clean and cheery. Price was right for the food. Desserts looked amazing but we were full. read more

Good food, hot and fresh. Large portions too. The waitresses are always warm and welcoming. And the homemade soup is delicious.
