Good, basic option for breakfast. The place was huge and the tables were very far apart, which was weird. The vibe was definitely not diner. More like down-on-its-luck Cracker Barrel, without the décor. But it was clean and the waitress was friendly. The guy at the front (manager? Owner?) definitely had an attitude though. Like he was doing you a favor by seating you, even though the place was half-empty. The food was good. Served hot. Come to this restaurant often so I don't review it all the time just cause I would start boring you to death. Another good visit Today I didn't get either of my two favorite waitresses - I got a dude but he was pretty good. My expectations were he's new maybe not but he did and my waitresses waved so greeted nicely seated right away. Don't know what's happening here, this place used to be hopping every single day every single meal. I usually order the same five or six things and I did it again. I had the bacon egg and cheese croissant which came with a bowl of soup of the day -- it was called Florentine. I don't know what that is but it was dumplings in overly salted chicken broth no meat or chicken or anything like that. It was OK I'm not into dumplings Anymore. I had lovely conversations and lovely food and I took some home for dinner. The decor was lovely, and we were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. The staff were friendly and courteous, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Our server, Nada, was wonderful. We were a group of more than 25 ladies from our church, and she took excellent care of us. She was incredibly attentive, kept track of everyone's orders with ease, and was impressively organized. Our food arrived hot and in a timely manner, making for a great overall experience. Nice looking clean place in the inside plenty of seating. Staff seem to be nice polite people. I ordered a club sandwich and fries, fries not piping hot but we're not bad, club was also good but disturbing part for me is the guy putting toast thru the conveyor toaster and when don't touching cooked toast with his bare hands. My wife got chicken and waffles she said her waffle was not hot and the chicken was hard to chew but she did eat it all so couldn't have been too bad. I would not order the avocado toast. When I received my breakfast, it was mashed up avocado without any spices on bread that was not toasted. Upon sending back, I received the same thing just slightly toasted on top but soggy white bread. I was unable to pick it up and eat it. Upon checking out, they asked me how everything was and I said not good. They said thank you and proceeded to ring me up without asking me any questions. Came here for brunch Sunday around 10am and it was definitely busy but we were seated (table for 2) with just a 10 min wait. They turn over their tables extremely fast and the staff seem quick/prompt which is definitely appreciated and noticed! Thanks! It is so refreshing to have good service and decent food for an extremely reasonable price. The menu options are huge and it's breakfast and lunch all day on weekends! Jennifer's is one of those rare gems of a restaurant that one must experience. The food is high quality and quite affordable! The portions are generous and everything we ordered was delicious! The pancakes and french toast were fluffy and thick. They were perfectly prepared. The corned beef has was very filling and delicious! Such a great alternative if you don't eat pork. My husband really enjoyed them. My sister loved her egg white omelet! She was so happy to have something delicious and healthy. We had people order both breakfast and lunch items and was all great! Good breakfast-brunch-lunch place in Strongsville. They relocated on Pearl south of 82/Royalton Road after many years a few miles north. Plenty of seating and servers speed people in and out. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Prices are good but not the cheapest. The food is basic fare done well. For example the Denver omelet I ate was nice and fluffy. It comes with toast and home fries (which ate really good). I have eaten and enjoyed the club sandwich many times for lunch. Recommended. read more

Jennifer's is always bumping. They have a staff that is knowledgeable on their menu items and are attentive to you throughout your meal. Sometimes you have to wait to sit based on how many people are there but that should be expected. Pancakes are fantastic. Coffee is always full. First off, we went in on Saturday 12/23rd around 10 am. Not only is it weekend prime time, but it is holiday time. The place was packed and we probably waited 15 minutes. I'm guessing the families sons were manning the receptionist's area. Unfortunately there is no uniform employee dress code so the guys were running around doing their tasks in with outdoor jackets on, various t-shirtss, etc. To me, this says something and sends a message - is this the way the rest of your establishment is? Just basic "Jennifer T-Shirts" or aprons would go a long way. There was an 8X11 sheet of paper taped to the check out area on the curved counter that said "Check In". No one can see this unless you were already well into the restaurant. A cook from the back came up to the cashier area - he looked liked he was dragged in from the street - black T-Shirt, disheveled hair, baggy, dirty jeans. Again, to me this tells you something about the establishment and how they operate. The place is huge. I was told it used to be a chinese buffet. The tables are so spread out in the dining area we were in that it gave me the feel of Covid measures all over. However note, that if they added more seating they probably do not have the all the wait staff needed to handle all these seats - yes, it is that voluminous. I will contend they leased way more area than they need. I would recommend getting their act together, determine what space will be operable and segregating off the other area with barriers. We had an egg omelette (mushroom and cheese) along with an eggs benny and coffees. My omelette was significantly cold. It must have been sitting there a long time before it came to me. The eggs benny were decent. Coffee was ok, nothing special. Note: When the omelette was delivered, the waitress said she would bring the toast over. Never did. We had to flag her down and ask for it. Service was fair. She seemed very scatter-minded. Would I return? Yes, during the week I would try it again. By far not the best best, but a decent place for a simple breakfast. read more

Everyone's Food was cold, drowned in sauce and the steak was blue , not even cooked to raw inside literally blue. I ate about 5 bites and had to quit, my dad took his home to toss to the dogs . 17.99 steak breakfast you can't even chew it's so tough so the dogs get it . Also avoid the coffee they burn it taste like an ash tray . This place has officially made me loose absolutely total hope in trusting Ohio breakfast . Food continues to impress, but the service continues to need work. Came in on a Sunday morning again. Was told 10 minutes for a table and that's what it took. No problem there. Took the waitress another 10 minutes to get to the table...now starting to have problems. Ordered a chicken omelette, fruit cup, coffee and water. Got the coffee, but no water. She came by for a refill, slopped coffee on the table pouring my cup, didn't bother to clean it up, and still didn't bring the water. While waiting for the food, she tosses a straw on the table from about 10' away and leaves the water. Food comes and she's off before I can even ask for hot sauce. I asked one of the busboys for it and he kindly brought me a bottle of Franks. Omelette was excellent, and fruit was okay (it is February after all). No sooner did I finish my last bite another busboy offered to take away my plate. These busboys need to teach the wait staff something about customer service! Waitress never came back while I was eating, and only asked after everything was cleared if she gave me the check. No.... On a positive note, the checkout process is working better. I will start this out saying this isn't a restaurant that I would pick to dine at. My grandma enjoys coming though. So every few months I entertain her and take her out for lunch. We used to visit at the old location. The food itself is just okay but the portions are good for the price. I have tried everything from salads, sandwiches, soups, specials and other menu items over the years. Overall the turkey club is a good choice. The new location is also big and spacious. It has a larger bathroom and overall is clean. The real issue I had recently is the unprofessional service. Before I even had a chance to sit down and get my kids coats off the lady wanted to know our drink order. She asked multiple times before I finally had to tell her I needed a minute. She seemed irritated. She came back and gave the drinks orders and when I asked for the specials she said go read the board. Overall it just wasn't a good experience and didn't make you feel like you were at a sit down style restaurant. read more

In town for a hockey tournament and called last minute on a Friday morning to see if they could accommodate a 15 top, they said sure. We called on the way there and asked to add at least 10 more to that- again, said no problem. When we arrived, they had a whole private room set up for us- waters and menus already on the table! Breakfast for lunch yet again but this has a twist to it. Yep a pizza omelette. Mozzarella sausage and meat sauce across the top. It was interesting and good. I asked the server a simple question ... what type of oil does the restaurant cook with because I have a soy allergy. She was very snippy. It was drama. I will say the kitchen came through.
