Let me just describe the process before meeting this company. My previous accountant would literally mail me a package, which I would fill out the physical paper, and then mail back. I will get a draft of the return a few weeks later in the mail, which I will then sign and send. If there were any questions, the turnaround time was months. Using this group was a breeze.
