Bought a Living Social deal and my eyebrows were looking quite awful so it was time to redeem that bad boy. After a previous threader thinned out my eyebrows too much I've been letting them grow in with the hopes of having thicker brows again someday. Upon walking into Dimple I was greeted and taken back to the threading room by Dimple herself. Umm how pretty is she?! And her brows are perfect! She was so nice the whole time asking if I was doing ok, showed me the one eyebrow before moving on to the other, explaining the process. When I was done my brows looked so nice! We're letting certain spots grow in a bit and after a few sessions Dimple assured me they would be nice and full with a great shape. I definitely see myself going here long after my LS deal is up! My usual place was closed and I needed my brows done quickly! Paid a little more than what I'm used to but Dimple is so very pleasant and she has my brows looking the best they have in a while. I came here once when they opened and once now. The first time the main person did my eyebrows and this time it was an older woman. I am Indian and have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 15 years. This is THE MOST expensive place I've been to. However, the price has never changed from the time I first came till now. I also know how my eyebrows look when they're done properly and what I got today was not it. My eyebrows are naturally arched. There's no way to mess it up if you follow the natural line. She messed it up and told me she couldn't take out a part of it because it was too thin. All the other people who have done my eyebrows have always done that section. I'm not about to argue someone doing something to my face to correct it and then make it worse so I just paid and left. The only reason I even came here against my better judgement was because my sister was getting her haircut next door and I was waiting for her. I should have just waited and gone to my usual place. Dimple threading has it all. Naturally my brows are pretty sparse. Over the years I've had are hard time directing waxers on how to shape them. Dimple shapes them to perfection, in fact, by the time she is finished, my brows look thicker than that actually are. As others have shared, the salon is immaculate and parking is easy. I was fighting with my eyebrows by myself for a long time, until one day I decided to relegate them to professional hands. I found Dimple's salon quickly on Yelp, called to make an appointment and in couple of hours I was in this angled chair. I was a little bit afraid cuz I didn't know what is gonna happen, if it's painful or if I'll keep my natural brow shape. Dimple asked me if I like my shape and what do I want to have in result. She was giving me a mirror before, during and after procedure to make sure everything is good for me. My first experience at Dimple Threading salon was amazing. I had my eyebrows threaded and a Brazilian wax. Dimple was very warm and welcoming. The salon was extremely clean and Dimple's certifications and licenses were displayed. The threading was quick and she allowed me to look at one brow before moving onto the next one. My Brazilian wax was also very quick. Dimple explained everything she going to do, the types of wax she would be using (a combo of soft and hard wax) and made sure I was doing ok throughout the whole experience. And more importantly, no double dipping! My brows looked polished and beautifully shaped. My Brazilian wax was thorough and clean. And I was in and out of the salon in 25 minutes. This place is horrible. First off, I've been to many threading salons and Dimple did a horrible job on my eyebrows-specifically missing several baby hairs. Dimple brought eyebrows back from the brink of extinction after too many years of bad waxings. She is very good at what she does and so sweet. I recently started getting a bikini wax. I have had several traumatic experiences in the past and swore I would never get a wax again. I finally broke down and Dimple was great. I'm upset that I didn't love this place as much as everyone else! I wanted to try threading since waxing leaves me incredibly irritated. I made an appointment to get my eyebrows done a few days ago. The ladies were very friendly and on time for my appointment. As I sat in the chair, I explained that this was my first time getting threaded. Immediately, she asked me if I want my upper lip done. I realize that she was trying to get more business, but to me, that was extremely insulting. The whole time, I kept thinking "wait, do I have a mustache?! Why did she ask me that?" The threading was a bit more painful than waxing. The finished results look good, but when I got into my car, I noticed she missed a few spots. I have to come back because I purchased two eyebrow threadings, but I'm not sure if I'd return otherwise. read more

I followed Dimple to her new salon even though its a 40 minute drive because she is that good! Her prices are reasonable and her work is amazing. I have crazy middle-eastern eyebrows and she always knows how to shape them just right. Not only is she my threader but we also chit chat about our children and lives. I found this salon from Yelp and decided to give it a try because of the great reviews. It is not around the corner from me, but it is definitely worth the drive. Threading has helped my skin VS waxing. I went there to get my eyebrows regularly done and decided to try the lip. Now I get them both done. Very VERY clean product! I have been threading for about two months now, but was really unhappy with a previous experience at a DIFFERENT salon. I pass by Dimple almost everyday and decided to try it. My left eyebrow needed some TLC and Dimple was a wonderful experience. I explained my problem and how I wanted my eyebrows to look, and Mini (spelling?) told me what she would do, and how long I would need for my brows to grow in naturally. I made my next appointment right then and there. She took her time, and she was gentle and very accurate. The salon is pretty, clean, and very relaxing. Dimple has been threading my eyebrows and upper lip for about a year, and I have been seeing her for brazilian/bikini waxes for the last few months. I have occasionally had my underarms waxed as well. The salon has a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Threading: Threading is an awesome alternative to waxing for me because I tend to break out when I have any areas on my face waxed. Dimple does a great job shaping my eyebrows and always checks with me to see if I'm happy with the shape or want to change things up. She checks on me throughout the threading, asking how I'm doing. I'm thrilled with her threading services. Waxing: Dimple does my brazilian/bikini wax every 4 weeks or so. I am extremely sensitive to pain in that area, and she is always accommodating and understanding, taking things at a pace that works for me. She offers both soft wax and hard wax for particularly sensitive areas or areas with heavier growth. Throughout the wax, she is always checking with me to make sure that the temperature of the wax is not too hot, and she always uses a clean, new stick to dip into the wax (no double dipping)! Stacey W. commented that an outer bikini line wax should be included in the price of the brazilian; however, Dimple charges an extremely affordable price for a brazilian ($45) so I have no problem paying an extra fee for the outer bikini. I have gone to other salons that charge $100 or more for a brazilian and do not include posterior services (butt), which Dimple does. I find her prices to be more than reasonable. I have never experienced any issues with healing or recovery following a wax. I usually feel fully recovered after a few hours (standard for me regardless of where I get waxed), and the area looks great! Have had my eyebrows threaded many times, but never at this salon before. Dimple made sure that I had a great experience - much less discomfort than I usually have and perfect eyebrows at the end. I have been going to Dimple since she opened for waxing services. After several frustrating and upsetting experiences I now won't be going back. Dimple is a lovely woman and her shop is clean and has calm music and decor. However, I ALWAYS have to wait at least 15-30 minutes past my appointment time. I don't know if she is overbooked, people come late for appointments, or she takes walk ins ahead of appointments, but I find it really unprofessional and annoying. Her waxing services are above average (I have been to MANY different salons), but she always leaves bruises on my skin because she doesn't pull all the hair in the right direction. After my first and last bikini wax with her last week I won't be going back, as this was really not a good experience. I said at least 3 times that I just want to clean up my bikini line. I guess I'm the only woman who goes there and doesn't get a Brazilian because next thing I know I'm covered in wax spread eagle naked and she's ripping like crazy. Kind of traumatic really. I also am choosing not to go back because she constantly tries to get you to purchase more of her services, and the prices aren't always what is written on the wall.
