While I have no complaints about the front desk staff, I have had a new psychiatrist assigned to me 4 times since 2020, each one leaving or moving on in their residency. I used to see an endocrinologist here years ago but this time I was referred to a pulmonologist. I began to fill out the paperwork and came across the statement all bills are to be paid out in 120 days or it will be turned over to collections. I called to verify was the information correct as I feel that as long as regular monthly payments are made that should be sufficient. Whose to say how much a bill will end up being especially at a specialist! As a healthcare professional of 20 years, it saddens me and I been realized a long time ago why people choose not to see doctors. This is added stress to their situation to worry about paying bills sometimes especially within a specific time frame. Healthcare went down years ago. I updated this review for this facility from 1 star to 3 stars because I received a letter a few weeks later from someone who took the time to reach out and that was thoughtful, but I still have yet to go. read more

Dr. Hutchins has been my doctor for over a year. I'm in and out of the office quickly, can make appointments for the same or next day, and have all of my lab work done in the same place! I work for Mercer University and love the convenience of it! read more
