The potato salad was very good but had a twist on its makeup, it was more like mashed potatoes with a few chunks thrown in with the onions, and pickles. Same taste, just a little different texture......maybe it is easier on the digestive system...I am getting to the age where I have to pay attention to these kinds of things.
