This feels like a bait-and-switch. I paid for services that were never delivered, and now they're refusing to do the right thing. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's unethical. They took advantage of someone in a vulnerable legal situation and showed no accountability when called out. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of Texas for unethical conduct and mishandling of client funds. Future clients: protect yourself.
