We met at a convenient location the next morning and Brian did an excellent job on both dings that were in a very difficult location to access. Several years ago when I first used him, he made his quote seem like it was just one price for 3-4 dents. After allowing him to remove the dents, he had seperate price for each of the dents. Fast forward, I had half a pinky nail size dent at the bottom of my door. When I inquired about it, he said it was around $35 bucks. When I got there he switched up the price on me. Since I already went across town I went ahead and proceeded. Then I remembered he did the same thing to me years back. Although he did a decent job, I will not use him anymore. read more

I do not leave many reviews but this service definitely deserves one. After calling he was at my office in about 1 hour. Another 40 minutes later he made my car look like new again! Someone left a Huge dent on my car..and didn't even leave a note. Another small dent was left from a shopping cart. Now cannot even tell there were dents in either places. We have been wanting to get 2 dings repaired in our car for a while now and after seeing the amazing reviews here on Yelp, we gave them a call. Brian answered right away and had us text him photos of the dings and he replied immediately that he could repair them. He came out the same day. Very nice man and extremely professional. He has owned Ding King for 22 years and really knows his stuff. The job was completed in 20 minutes and I swear you cannot tell at all that there were 2 dings! All done at a reasonable cost too and so much less than going through my insurance having a body shop repair these! I called Brian at Ding King to get an estimate on repairing four minor door dings on my 2019 QX80, within five minutes of sending photos of the damage Brian called back with a great estimate. It just so happened that he was finishing up a job at a dealership near my house and could squeeze me in. He quoted 30 minutes to complete the work, but he over delivered as it took him no more than 15; he even went the extra mile and touched up a few rock chips on the front bumper. The Ding King was driving up Highway 41 and it dawned me that I should give him a quick call. Brian met me in a parking lot five minutes later and proceeded to work on an issue for less than 10 minutes. The artistry and beauty of his work was clear because I can't even see where the old ding was. I've used Ding King twice in only four months. I'm not accident prone, but my nephew was when he backed our car out of the garage, hitting a visitor's car in the driveway. The car he hit required dent repair and repainting. Ding King did it the next day after I contacted Brian, and then finished the work in a few hours. The results were perfect. Having such favorable results with Brian before, I called him today to ask about fixing the less severe scrapes and dings on our SUV. Very nice guy and fast. He came to me and was done within 20 min! Looks great after he was done becuase the location of the dent was in the worst possible location. I told him as long as you can get it to look 30 percent better it's worth it. In the end it looks 90% better and can only tell when you study or over examine the area to look for it. Super impressed. Upon inspection, they dings were still there, yet he claimed that he was not able to see anything and still requested the full payment, even though work was obviously unsatisfactory. Brian looks the professional part when he shows up in his clean chevy truck, and nice polo shirt. He knows his craft and quickly removed a door ding and some tough tailgate damage from my truck. He was very friendly and personable. Even with some chit-chat after the job, I was done in half an hour from start to finish. Someone put a ding in my rear fender arch over the tire. Crossed the crease too. Somehow Bryan and his hooks and tools managed to get underneath the wheel liner and push the dent out, even keeping the body line. Awesome job. Oh and it was in the parking lot at work too. Superb work, definitely earns a 5 star rating! Brian gave me a reasonable phone quote within minutes after I sent him pictures of the dents and surface scratches and dings. Even though it was short notice and middle of the afternoon, he was able to schedule me in and conveniently met me on the side of town that I was shopping at. He is very friendly and professional and does excellent work. If something is down to the metal or is beyond the scope of the paintless repair and is requiring of actual body work he will be upfront and let you know. Within 30-45 minutes he got the job done and removed dents and scratches above and beyond where you would not know they had ever been there. He even took care of additional dents that I had missed when I sent him the pictures and did a walk thru several times with me to make sure we got all of them and made sure I was happy with the results. Whats more, in the time that he was working on my car, three other people stopped by to observe and ended up asking for his card because they could see how good he worked.
