Waited almost 2 hours, so I asked for a rental, they told me I would have to call my insurance even though it's under their warranty. I was rear-ended and felt anxious because let's be honest, getting in an accident is not fun. My previous experience with a body shop had taken over a month. I really didn't want to deal with it however, my new insurance provided a list of local shops, and Francis Collison was one of the shops they have a contract with. After checking their reviews, I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to secure one within the same week of the that the accident happened. When I brought my car in, I was immediately greeted by the front desk. After the estimate, i was told it would take a week or less! They were able to get me an appointment for drop off the next day! I was impressed by their quick turnaround, especially since most places are usually booked weeks ahead. Right from the start, they communicated well and kept me informed about the progress of my car's repairs, which was reassuring. I liked that they have the text messaging service so you can see how the progress is going with your vehicle! I never had to call and bug them about my car like a previous experience at another body shop. I was never left confused and if I had questions, I would call and the staff always stayed professional. My car looks like it was never in accident! I just can't believe that they were able to fix this within a week. It is amazing the work they put in to get it done right! Francis takes the angst out of a very emotional experience. They work directly with my insurance company, setting up appointments and followup; the rental car company brings the car to the Francis location and when I pick up my vehicle, they again meet me and take the rental car back. After looking into Francis Collision, I decided to go with them. All the staff I delt with were polite and friendly.
