Francis Collision repaired the entire front end of my car after it was sheared off down to the radiator. The repair took about 10 days more than they projected but they kept me updated by text, phone calls and email on their progress. They gave me a detailed four page estimate of every part, job they would complete as well as a set of 40 photos of my car inside and out before repair. And they broke down the cost and labor for each task. And the final cost was less than the original estimate. when I picked up my car it looked brand new. And they guarantee their work for the life of the car. I could not be more impressed with Francis Collision for their excellent workmanship, their honesty and integrity and their friendliness and excellent communication. Would not recommend being rear ended by someone without insurance but the repair process was very smooth. Insured through GEICO and they are partnered with this shop so the process was very smooth. They got me in quickly and they have automated texts to keep you updated on your car. They even gave it a good vacuum so got it back better than when I dropped it off. Also they partner with Enterprise, so getting a rental was really easy as well as returning the rental. Baeley was our assigned estimator for our repairs. Baeley was efficient and got the necessary parts needed for repairs ordered right away. After my Honda was damaged in a parking lot collision by another driver, we brought it into Francis Collision, who had done the repairs on other cars we had. As usual, the friendly employees helped us at every stage of the repair process. They were great in staying in touch with the insurance company as well as the car rental company for us, and touching base with us too. This honestly felt like a horror movie. First & foremost my car only went to this place because it's one of the only 2 place for validated painting through Honda here in Fresno. My car was granted a paint job, for the extended warranty due to paint chipping. I was told that it would be a week to paint my car. When they pressure washed it, it took off more paint. Which they then had to reach back out to Honda to get the new coat approved to paint the entire car. That took a week. After that they told me it would be done a couple weeks out. Nope. Ended up being over a month & a half. When I got my car back the weather strips kept flying off w the wind, indicating they didn't put the clips back on to hold them down. The panels on the passenger side door weren't installed completely because they were popped out. My battery ended up dying a month or so later & I went to unlock it w my key. Come to find out my latch hook in order to do so wasn't placed back on either. Let's keep in mind my car had never had any prior body work done to it after it was bought off the lot. & before this my key was able to open the door. Now a few months down the road, my collision mitigation, cruise control lights come on & my 3rd brake light doesn't work. Went to switch the 3rd brake light & come to find out now the bolts weren't placed in the back to keep it from moving around. It's almost as if as time progresses I find more & more things that are wrong that could've been prevented had the car been put back together properly. When coming to places like this there ends up being too many people that touch the car. One takes it apart, one preps it, one paints it, one puts it back together. & by that time it also being a month and a half later nobody's going to remember how to put the car back together. Idk my dad has been a mechanic for 50+ years and used to send a lot of clients to Francis, but stopped after poor work on my mom's car. But I had no choice as I was told by Honda that were my only choice. If given the opportunity go down the street to J & B auto body. I've gone to them for other cars & they NEVER disappoint. read more

I was rear-ended and felt anxious because let's be honest, getting in an accident is not fun. My previous experience with a body shop had taken over a month. I really didn't want to deal with it however, my new insurance provided a list of local shops, and Francis Collison was one of the shops they have a contract with. After checking their reviews, I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to secure one within the same week of the that the accident happened. When I brought my car in, I was immediately greeted by the front desk. After the estimate, i was told it would take a week or less! They were able to get me an appointment for drop off the next day! I was impressed by their quick turnaround, especially since most places are usually booked weeks ahead. Right from the start, they communicated well and kept me informed about the progress of my car's repairs, which was reassuring. I liked that they have the text messaging service so you can see how the progress is going with your vehicle! I never had to call and bug them about my car like a previous experience at another body shop. I was never left confused and if I had questions, I would call and the staff always stayed professional. My car looks like it was never in accident! I just can't believe that they were able to fix this within a week. It is amazing the work they put in to get it done right! Just take your time, I just want it done right" He reassured me that it will be fixed and done right and sure enough it looks brand new. Waited almost 2 hours, so I asked for a rental, they told me I would have to call my insurance even though it's under their warranty. Francis takes the angst out of a very emotional experience. They work directly with my insurance company, setting up appointments and followup; the rental car company brings the car to the Francis location and when I pick up my vehicle, they again meet me and take the rental car back. The service and personnel are awesome, friendly and helpful. After looking into Francis Collision, I decided to go with them. All the staff I delt with were polite and friendly.
