My order had not even been started despite them already having the printed order. I had also called about 30 minutes before ordering to verify the ingredients and mentioned I would be coming after a vet appointment across the street. I had my pet with me and still needed to stop at the pharmacy, take her home, and get to class, so I ended up standing outside while keeping my car running with the AC for her while they made an order that was already supposed to be ready. The staff were not rude, but that does not change the poor service. If you provide customers with a pickup time, especially when they arrive after that time, the order should at least be in progress. I hope there is better attention to online orders and more accurate communication about pickup times going forward. As a first time customer, this was an impression I can't forget.
