My favorite spot for a Taro Boba fix! I love how fresh their boba tastes, and the taro flavor is spot on. The service is always great, and I like how they have cute vending game machines for kids in the shop. This location is in a plaza near Target, Kokage Ramen, and Sushi, with a huge parking lot.

So, let me start by saying that this review is for an isolated incident that they have yet to respond back to. I do love the milk teas here, so I was really bummed by the customer service, (or lack there of). I ordered from here a couple of times. I've gotten the vanilla latte, the strawberry milk tea and the mango fruit tea, all with boba. All are great drinks that are delicious, but I ordered on Door Dash this past Saturday and when it arrived, there was a drink that exploded in the delivery drivers car. I called and they didn't pick up, so I had to leave a message. It's been a few days and nothing back from them. Would have been nice to get some sort of response. I won't be back because of this. No response is just unacceptable. I'm sure if you go in person, it might be okay. (As long as the top is put on properly and it doesn't EXPLODE on you.) lol. Just unfortunate.

Hmm this visit hit different... ordered a drink with 50% ice large, and I got a WHOLE LOT of ice, with huge gap at the top of my large cup. The service was still great, per usual, but what happened I'm not sure

I'm so happy they've opened a Ding Tea in Vista as it is one of my favorite places to get boba! I know they've opened a little over a year ago as I got their one year anniversary free boba plushie as a gift when I came here the first time. And they've got so many choices of drinks and it's pretty empty whenever I go. Parking is pretty easy too and there is a ramen and sushi restaurant and dumpling restaurant next to it so it's a great spot to get boba! People are really nice here and are patient with taking our order and asking your sugar level and ice level. The place is really bright and everyone is pretty cheerful here. Our drinks come out pretty fast too so it's not really a long wait. You can also drink here if you prefer to drink inside than take it with you. So if you're in Irvine and want some good boba, come visit here!

North County doesn't have too many Boba Spots, yet, and with what they do have, selections are limited. In San Jose, it seems like we have 10 times the Boba Spots, so I felt it'd be unfair to compare. That being said, I had the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and it was good. It'd be nice if they allow for 30% sugar, so I could taste more of the tea, something I'm sure Boba spots in the area will improve on in years to come. My normal go to, Earl Grey Milk Tea, was seemingly non-existent in all of North County. I couldn't even find popcorn chicken in the area because most Boba spots don't sell it or ran out early. My advice to the owner, by all means this is just to stand out with the local competition, is to take a trip to the San Francisco Bay Area. Namely San Jose and San Francisco, and check out the hottest Boba spots there, see what insight and ideas you can glean from them and I promise you, you'll far exceed everyone else in the area. Simply adding quality popcorn chicken to your menu will be thee best pairing with milk tea and will draw customers like crazy. read more

Honestly I hadn't been happy with the bubble tea choices in this area until I found Ding Tea. They've got a great variety in their products and flavors. We get a wide variety of drinks/slushes here and everyone is always happy with what they get. I'm basic and love chocolate milk tea, which is surprisingly hard to find sometimes. The boba is great quality also. Apparently this location is on top of things selection wise also because mango jelly, horchata milk tea, and mango chamoy that you can get here were completely missing from the menu from the nearby San Marcos location. This has become my go-to boba place when I'm in the area. read more

We come here pretty often, and we love it (most consistent quality of drinks out of all the local ding teas). For this particular visit I just want to shout out Edwin (?) working on the night of 3/20! I don't know if there was a callout or if it was scheduled this way but he was by himself and it was slammed. He did a great job of just pushing through all the orders and taking new ones. At one point I think he had over 15 drinks on the board and a line of folks ordering. He didn't rush, he was cool and collected and even with how busy it was, the drinks still came out with the great quality we expect from the Vista Ding Tea. Yesterday we had a great experience at this ding tea location. Josh went above and beyond to help us with the best customer service! He answered all of my questions regaurding the drink I wanted which was a oolong milk tea blended with crystal boba and sea cream top. At first someone gave me the drink unblended and he offered it to me at no cost and made the correct drink. He blended it to perfection and the boba was cooked perfectly, with the right amount of sea cream topping. The mango blended drink with sea cream turned out delicious too! My son and I went here for his school fundraiser, I believe they just opened not too long ago. Its First thing I realized was such a large selection of items on the menu . I ordered a hot green tea and my son ordered the Oreo fancy drink with boba . There is indoor and outdoor seating, we sat outside to wait for or drinks . The inside looked clean and new . I'm really satisfied with the service Gia Long provided me today. I order 8 milk teas, but they only gave me 7. By the time I got back to my place, I noticed that I only got 7 drinks. I called back and asked for the drink. Gia Long went out of his way to deliver the remaining drink and plus he complimentary 3 extra drinks. Awesome service ! read more

I had a small coffee heathbar last night and it was still good but there wasn't enough heath in it, it almost tasted like coffee chip, but it did have the rare price of heath bar in it. I was so happy to eat it I forgot a pic. It was a lot of ice cream for a small so it was perfect for sharing. I'll definitely be back as there a few place I'd like to eat in the area.

The vibes are always amazing, friendly, clean, and calm. It can be a bit loud when lots of people are there but otherwise a great place to study with free wifi. I get Thai tea and it isn't too sweet which I adore! For most tea drinks you can ask for a large range of sweetness or less, but most milk teas are pre-sweeten.
