Within SECONDS of submitting a request, I got a message back with a quote (actually a few) and then I was on the phone scheduling the tow for the next morning. Geremy was right on time, I think even a few minutes early. Super nice and professional. It was a flatbed tow truck and we were able to drive it right onto the bed. We were able to pay via tap / card and he put in all the necessary information so we could send the receipt to our insurance and get reimbursed. Fast and great service when you need it the most! I was on my way to Aulani when I heard a flapping sound! Didn't think anything of it at first, was just tryna get to Aulani lol! This towing company went above and beyond my expectations. I got scammed on Facebook marketplace and the vehicle I just purchased had given up on me. I called around for towing and I saw Dinong Towing was based in Ewa where I needed the car towed so I called them and they were able to book me right away. The pricing was very reasonable but I decided to call around so I told him I'll pass on his service. I realized this guy can come to me faster than the other tow companies which were around the same pricing so I called him back again. He happily accepted my request for towing and started heading my way. As I waited for him, my stubbornness wanted to try the car again, and it started so I called him back to cancel the tow and he was so nice and understanding about it.. THEN, the car gave up on me again.. so I called him back and he answered even if I canceled on him twice He was very friendly and kind.
