Charles went out of his way to get in touch with me and said he couldn't get me there on time (he is based far from where my car was), but he could refer me to people that could. He also said if I don't make my appointment and had to reschedule, he would be able to give me a tow for the new appointment date. Long story short, his going out of the way to connect me with other drivers saved me. These are the types of people I want to do business with. I was pretty far location wise and no other towing company was able to help me. Despite the location Charlie helped get me and my car home safely! With his experience, I trusted him to tow my range without a flatbed and the entire trip home went smoothly (even on the freeway). So even if you need your luxury vehicle towed, TRUST CHARLIE! We tried to call multiple towing services, but they all quoted us either a 3 hour wait, or they said that they couldn't make it into the parking structure because there was an 8 foot clearance. Tony quoted us an hour wait because he was already delivering gas to another customer. He called us within 45 minutes to let us know that he was on his way. When he got to us, he was able to hook up the car and easily tow us back to Mililani. When we got to Mililani, he had to help us put the car into our parking stall. Let me tell you that this is where the magic happened. I don't now how he did it, but Tony was able to put the car into a small townhouse parking stall next to a curb. He has mad skills I was so impressed. Very friendly and very well priced.
