I needed to get my car towed for an appointment at the dealership and had two other services cancel on me. I sent out a message on Yelp hoping ANYONE could get me there on time. Charles went out of his way to get in touch with me and said he couldn't get me there on time (he is based far from where my car was), but he could refer me to people that could. He also said if I don't make my appointment and had to reschedule, he would be able to give me a tow for the new appointment date. I was pretty far location wise and no other towing company was able to help me. Despite the location Charlie helped get me and my car home safely! With his experience, I trusted him to tow my range without a flatbed and the entire trip home went smoothly (even on the freeway). So even if you need your luxury vehicle towed, TRUST CHARLIE!
