I had a question about my Season Dining Plan. and Drink Pass, and Chantel was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Today was also my twin daughters' 10 birthday, and she went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. Her generosity and positive attitude turned a great day into an unforgettable one for our family. Excellent customer service is something people always remember, and Chantel truly represents that. Please let her know how much we appreciate her kindness and professionalism. She made a lasting impression on our family, and we are very grateful. Thank you for having such wonderful team member.

We spent over $1,000 between admission, food, and a cabana, and it was absolutely not worth the money. The food situation was terrible. We were served chicken tenders that were still raw, which is completely unacceptable. The food lines were extremely long, and many of the young employees seemed more interested in playing around than helping customers. There appeared to be little supervision. We paid over $400 for a cabana, only to find it dirty, moldy, overcrowded, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, many of the rides were closed throughout the day, making the park feel old and not worth the premium price. One of the biggest disappointments was finding out that the funnel cake stand was closed. There was no notice on the website, and after asking about it, we were told it had been shut down because someone had allegedly put bleach in the cooking oil. Whether true or not, hearing something like that only added to our concerns about food safety. Guests were smoking Black & Mild cigars near family areas, and the entire park felt overcrowded and poorly managed. Everything was overpriced, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. For the amount of money we spent, we expected much better. Between the raw food, dirty cabana, closed rides, poor service, and lack of communication, we will not be returning. Six Flags White Water needs to seriously improve its cleanliness, food safety, staffing, and overall guest experience.

Andretti will be coming to Durham NC soon and I'm glad I had a chance to experience it first in Marietta. This place is huge !!!! It's a full entertainment center that features Laser Tag, Arcade, Bowling, Indoor Go Karting, dining and a Sky Bar. My daughter and her team really enjoyed themselves. The Sky Bar was my favorite part ! Us parents enjoyed cocktails and beers while the kids enjoyed Laser Tag and Go Karting. My daughter shared that their Go Karts were the fastest she's experienced. Customer Service here was excellent. Looking forward to what the Durham location has to offer.

However, at the latest birthday party my child attended here it became obvious that the staff member hosting the group should not be working with children. She was repeatedly rude and unhelpful when my son asked questions or needed assistance, including when his helmet became stuck. She was so aggressive and unprofessional that she made him uncomfortable to the point where he didn't feel safe asking for water. I ultimately had to pick him up early. It was overcrowded with people colliding in the arcade area. Many arcade machines were broken, some of the laser tag blasters are broken, there were multiple police cars outside the entrance at the time. the environment did not feel well-managed or family-friendly. Given the high cost, I expect much better care, professionalism, and attention to children's safety and comfort. I would not recommend this venue for kids' parties.

Staff are friendly and patient. Very entertaining for the little ones. Definitely worth the price of admission. He had such a great time getting slimed, making his own slime, and exploring the whole exhibit. His favorite part was the slime room. The slime room was really cool because they made sure we didn't get our clothes dirty, they wrapped us up in raincoats and protective gear, so all we had to do was take our shoes off. At the end of the exhibit we were able to pick the texture, scent, color, and more for our personal slime creation, and he loved taking it home. I have to say the employees there are super friendly and cheerful. The people in the slime room were especially memorable, hyping us up and making the experience even more fun. My cousin didn't want to leave. When we finally left for the day he couldn't stop talking about it all the way home. Definitely recommend bringing your family here. It's a fun, hands-on experience that can easily take a few hours and is perfect for kids and adults.

I arrived around 4 PM with my daughter, a friend, and her four children. Before coming, I called the location around 12:30 PM to confirm their "all-you-can-play" deal ($29.99 including a $10 game card, meal, and unlimited games). I was told it was available. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff told me the deal was no longer being offered. After explaining that I had just confirmed it hours earlier, I was still dismissed. I had to call the location again, standing there, just to have someone else confirm that the deal was in fact available. Completely unacceptable and a clear lack of communication and training. That was just the beginning. We were told we'd be placed on a waitlist for bowling--even though there were multiple empty lanes in plain sight. After waiting an entire hour, I went back to the desk to ask what was going on, and suddenly a lane was "available." Interesting. When we got to the lane, there were piles of boxes stacked nearby, making it feel like we were bowling in the middle of a storage room or construction zone. Then we were told we couldn't even order food from the lane--despite menus and condiments sitting right there. Make it make sense. Before bowling, the kids played laser tag, and one of the children ended up with a bloody nose. Not a single staff member stepped in to help. Instead, a 12-year-old child was told to go to the bathroom and handle it himself. That alone was enough to question the safety and supervision at this place. We then attempted to eat at the restaurant area. We seated ourselves, were handed menus, and then completely ignored. After waiting, we had to walk up to the bar and place our own order. While standing there, I noticed a noticeable infestation of flies--at that point, I decided not to eat anything at all. Meanwhile, a new manager had come on shift and sat in a corner the entire time, while the staff--mostly teenagers--stood around on their phones, offering little to no service. The entire facility was filthy. Tables covered in leftover food, trash all over the floors, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I don't know who is running this location, but it is being run into the ground. At this point, it needs a complete shutdown, deep cleaning, renovation, and an entirely new staff. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Do not go here. Seriously--go anywhere else.
