My husband had surgery with complications which resulted in him needing additional care and physical therapy when he was discharged from the hospital. The care he received was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough positive remarks about this facility. The physical therapy dept got him up and walking in no time by building strength and confidence. Every staff person that we encountered were very friendly and professional. The nursing staff went over and above to assist him. Even the-housekeeping , clerical and maintenance staff were helpful . The facility was extremely clean and the environment was welcoming. My husband liked the meals. I will definitely spread the word on this facility. read more

We have my mom there due to a fractured ankle and she is recuperating post surgery. The staff is attentive and outstanding. They are all coordinated and work together well. They listen involve the family in all the details, develop and implement a care plan and help coordinate things like transportation. They call us if there are any issues at all and are constantly in the room working with her. The facility itself may be bit dated, but look past that to the outstanding care. The rooms themselves are fairly spatious although the beds are somewhat smaller than a hospital bed. They do have TV in the rooms and although there aren't a lot of places to sit and visit they will bring chairs if you need them. They have offered us coffee or water while visiting and really encourage family involvement. I highly recommend Linwood if you need short term rehab care for a loved one they are great. read more

My mom has been a resident here for 5 yrs. It has gone downhill my mom has complained as to how staff no longer care and ignore the residents and a lot of times shut there doors and don't respond to their call lights. I finally got to visit her for the first time since Covid hit and it looks like they found the money to redo all the floors throughout the facility and they hand out new mask and face shields at every visit. I feel the money should have been spent on getting more staff and staff benefits. read more

Our story of a faithful outcome. My aunt was admitted as a CVA patient with weakness, dehydrated with peg tube, unable to speak, thin, fragile, nor able to function on her own. How ever, if you had seen her upon her discharge, "She was unrecognizable."She was able to communicate, gained weight, strength,roam around in her wheel chair and walk with staff. Her CNA's were amazing and treated her as family. The nurses gave her meds and where successful to manage to make her gain weight. The therapist work was impeccable. She is now home, active and full of energy. This is an amazing place! A place where it's easy to talk to staff, therapy, and management when needed. They took our concerns and questions very seriously and where very genuine with our entire family. Thank you Linwood Meadows from all of us. read more

This place is extremely under staffed and the people who are working here don't seem to care. My grandma is currently here and many times she was LEFT/FORGOT outside! She was left in the dining room mind you she cannot move around on her own. She asked them to wash her face once and they said no you'll get a bath tomorrow. Unacceptable!!! She called me 4 times in one night to say that she has been asking to be put to bed and they said they were busy had other things to take care of she waited 4 hours before being put to bed after 10pm. Yesterday was the worst she wears adult diapers and needed to be changed and ASKED many times I called because my grandma called me and said they hadn't come yet. She sat in her wheel chair from 10am to 8pm without being helped or changed when she asked for it. I will be lucky when she comes home this place is horrible. read more

They were okay two years ago -unfortunately the last two years have been awful. Contacting them they were rude. I think mostly I feel for the people that can't have their advocates in there to help them. Nurses can be sweet but unfortunately it's the management that lacks . Bless you all read more

I just moved to the Central Valley earlier this year and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of care at Linwood. Cecilia was very helpful in making me feel comfortable. The food was above average and the place is always clean and kept. I'm grateful for the kind hearted nurses. read more

I'm not very happy with the staff and service at Linwood Meadows. The one reason i don't like is Linwood Meadows is the doctor there. I reviewed Dr. Gerges online and he has two stars. The staff at Linwood Meadows doesn't keep the family informed day by day in the morning as they should. But they call they family when theey are trying to take nap. The staff at Linwoood Meadows doesn't allow the use of your own doctor. You have to use their doctor, Dr. Chawki Gerges. So if you thinking of sending your love oonees to Linwood, Don't! If you really want a doctor, Dr. Mark Silver is the one. Try to get Dr. Silver as the doctor at Linwood. read more

Due to a few incidents we've had with my dad, he's needed care after the hospital several times over the years. We have visited a few, and none come close to Linwood. You always wonder coming in to a new setting what it will be like, but the team here is welcoming, kind, and silver great care. I'll never take my loved ones anywhere else. read more

Linwood Meadows provided outstanding care for my mother in the last few months of her life. it is no easy task caring for people with advanced stage dementia, like my mother, but they do it with dedication, compassion, and a smile. The facility seems well run under the circumstances, very clean and safe. But it would be nice if they had more comfortable places for their patients, and their visitors, to spend their time outside of the rooms. I think mostly that is due to the building being designed some years ago, when skilled nursing facilities were less enlightened, so there is not much they can do about it now within their current building. read more
