Dip Co offers a good selection of sandwiches based on freshly made in house focaccia. Sandwiches includes freshly sliced Italian meats. Eggplant, Italian cheeses and roasted vegetables. The bread is nice and crunchy after being reheated before being made into sandwiches.

absolute 10/10, no notes!! the marseille sandwich was incredible (turkey, berry sauce, brie, fried onions all the star of the show) and you can tell how freshly made the bread is we also got the suprima sandwich which was also tasty! no sandwich went uneaten and i cannot wait to go back!

This gem in Deep Cove sells the best sandwiches in Metro Vancouver! There is usually a line-up, but it moves pretty fast. I've been here a few times and the Marseille is my fave. It's made with roasted turkey breast and tastes healthy. Every sandwich is made with freshly baked focaccia, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sandwiches are big and stuffed with fresh ingredients. Seating is limited, but there are a lot of benches if you walk closer to the water.

Amazing. Delicious. Great big portions with lots of fresh ingredients inside. The bread is a unique creation and it holds up really well even after a whole day. Would come back here again and again!

Always love the north shore especially when we can get sandwiches like these. We love that is also a store where we can get tons of italian pantry items. The smell of freshly made italian bread entices our senses. With plenty of cured meats, pickled garnishes, and fresh greens, it made for a comforting meal.

Love this place so much! Everytime I go to deep cove I'm eating here no matter the wait time. The sandwiches always hit the spot. Cute and quaint cafe. Great speedy service and honest realistic wait times. Definitely recommended trying all the sandwiches. They are substantial size and will keep you full after a day of working out near deep cove.

I am not a huge sandwich fan but I cannot begin to explain to you how phenomenally unique these sandwiches are. They have lines out the door frequently and heavy wait times but receiving that sandwich and taking a bite is the greatest reward. Their bread is made in house and has a bite to it but fluffy on the inside. My favourite is the speck with prosciutto and bocconcini being the main ingredients. Their balsamic glaze is tangy and slightly sweet but my super hack is asking for olive tapenade that brings this sandwich home! If you're more of a turkey fan and like a sweet berry factor to it the marseille sandwich is super yum. They have lots of international ingredients in their storefront and are all top quality. If you're in the cove and haven't been to this sandwich shop, you've missed out! Make sure to stop by Dip Co.

A quaint sandwich shop next to the famous Honey's doughnut. Staff was very friendly and helpful, he even gave us extra chairs since we came in a big group. Had the Tehroon ($14.99) for share between my friend and I. Portion was definitely very generous (I was full from eating just half a sandwich). Good, fresh ingredients with freshly baked foccacia. The combination of mortadella, pesto, and mozzarella really worked well together.

We were looking for a quick takeout lunch where we can then sit by the dock area. We came here as we saw their sign with different sandwiches. There were other people ordering the different sandwiches they have. We got the Manzo (roast beef) and Marseille (roast turkey breast). The Marseille is their most popular but i liked the Manzo more as the ingredients worked well with another. The Marseille was good too but it was a little drier. It's a deli but almost everyone is getting the sandwiches when we were there. They do sell other items like jams, jars of sweet peppers, cheese, etc.

Busy spot, fresh sandwiches, fresh ingredients, the bread is a little too crunchy so watch your gums. Overall great sandwich we got delicioso and some other one. Their sun dried tomato spread is lovely. Service is fast ambiance is a bit chaotic. They have some tables. I just took the sandwich out and sat on a bench outside by the water, it's much quieter

Someone on r/vancouver mentioned this place and they claimed this place as "the best sandwich place". I had this place on my to-go list for quite a while as it's pretty far, and last week, I finally decided to drive to this place. This shop sells specialty food products, meat, and cheese. Me and my friend decided to get Marsielle and El Classico, each of us getting half of each sandwiches. Their sandwich actually blew my mind! Marsielle was amazing, from the website, it consist of Roasted Turkey Breast, Brie Cheese, Dates, Crunchy Onion, Fresh Cheese Sauce, Mixed Greens, Olive Oil, Berry Sauce. It was out of this world; great flavour of savoury, sweet, tangy. 11/10, I could not believe that sandwich could be this good. El Classico was good too, but would totally recommend Marsielle. Most popular for a good reason. Driving here was totally worth it, even if you're not going for the hike! The owner were very friendly too, they would explain how to use their products, and what I can make out of it.

They have a pretty much perfect interior design and furnishing: very chill and simple but also very charming decor. Menu is very straightforward and simple and has pretty good pricing especially for a Bellingham spot. Service was great and not overstimulating like many places. Food was actually extremely well thought out and executed. Platings come in 2 sizes with simple choices of fillings/sauces, and the portion sizes were excellent- 1lb for me (a bigger guy) and 1/2 for the lady and we both were comfortably full after eating! Dessert deserves its own section in this review because holy mole: it was truly impeccable. I've had quite a few desserts in my time but these really "took the cake". Honey cake was beautiful and soft, it had a gentle sweetness and almost had a spiced undertone to it. Very light and very well executed, it sat perfectly with the dumplings. But the CRÈME BRÛLÉE :') I truly could weep over how beautiful this dish was, it was like I found the love of my life all over again. Gently centered on a plate half dusted with powdered sugar, topped with a small fresh strawberry and sprig of mint. Truly mind boggling how good it was, an incredible mix of sweet crème and gentle taste of black tea. I never expected this to be such a great combination but it was incredibly well executed. Whomever the mastermind was behind the creation of the menu and shop: I tip my hat to you, for this was a truly wonderful experience. Everything was obviously very thoughtfully planned out and perfected, I have mad respect for their work. 2 plates of dumplings, 2 drinks and 2 desserts was under 80$. An all time favorite date night spot at a much more reasonable price than other places near Barkley/Bellingham. 11/10 If I could give more than 5 stars I would

I was the only one there. I always wonder when I go to any food establishments that are this slow. Either their food is not that good or they have bad service or overpriced. I ordered a whole LB and my girls got drinks from the cooler fridge. I guess I should have paid more attention, but the lady charged me for 2 orders. Only realized that after I sat down and was wondering why my bill was like $90. When I went to the counter, the assistant pretty much placed the blame on me... " sorry for the misunderstanding " But the thing is there was no misunderstanding, I was pretty clear on what I ordered, either she wasn't listening or paying attention... She did offer me a refund, but at the time the food was already at the table. I chose to just take the "extra" surprise order to go. Dumplings were mediocre at best. I have had my share of Russian dumplings all the way from Moscow to New York to Chicago and this was hands down was the loser of all. Sauces were not bad but not enough for me to come back or to recommend this place to anyone. I would go to Pelmeni downtown instead next time.
