He spent about 1.5 hours and knocked on my door letting me know he was done. It was dark and starting to rain. He said because of the rain he did not use wax and was only going to charge me $150. I Venmoed him $180 including tip. The next day I noticed my vehicle was still very dirty both inside and out... major areas of both sides had areas of dirt that had not been wiped clean, inside not vacuumed, windows not cleaned - layer of dirt outside the windshield wipers. I sent him pictures ( added) and he apologized and said he would come clean it again... I asked if he could come a couple days the following week he said he was unable to come at all the next week, I was on vacation the following week and asked if he would be available the Sunday or Monday that I returned from Vacation... no response. Never responded again. My vehicle would have been cleaner if I took it through a $20 drive through car wash.

He is very meticulous and a perfectionist at his job...which is very important when it comes to auto detailing. He spent hours applying premium products and even removed a scratch from the windshield which was previously quoted to me at over $100. I also suggest the add-on glass protection especially during the rainy season. - I had to cancel last minute due to a recall on the vehicle which took a few days longer than expected, but Andrew was very accommodating and fit me in the next available slot...
