They transformed my suburban from a "mall crawler" to an animal rescue beast so that we can go off road with plenty of lighting, new fender, bumper, lift, wheels, tires, lights, and a control module for the lights in the console. After the first phase was done, Donny communicated that the blue kind of killed the vibe, and I agreed. So we incorporated a really nice gunmetal gray wrap to top it off, and I am happy to say this is not only the coolest car I will have ever driven, but the most badass looking suv that I've ever seen. Very pleased, and I am excited to go pick it up!

Had it towed to my mechanic and he noticed that several bolts from the lift job were literally hanging on by 1 thread. Some were sitting on the frame. 90% of them were improperly torqued. It ended up costing me an additional 1500 plus parts to fix their mistakes. Nice enough guys but unfortunately couldn't be more disappointed.

They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

CHRIS helped me figure out a solution, which was a thin helix 10 inch sub box that fit perfectly behind the third row seat in the back. It fit great. Now that truck is not doing well anymore so I went to them again to ask how to get the equipment into my new truck and they help me find a solution for that. And even though the original estimate was too much for me to pay right now they found a way to, let me build the system overtime. They just put the touchscreen radio that was in my jeep back in my new truck and everything is very professional and done well. I look forward to getting the rest of the work done. They do an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.

It had its fair share of dents and scratches that I wanted repaired, and let me tell you, the results were absolutely phenomenal. The truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor--truly brand new! The team went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the paintwork flawless, but they also took the initiative to repair a few items that weren't even on the original list of requested repairs--all without any extra charge! Their attention to detail and pride in their craft really shone through. They delivered the truck on time, as promised, and the cost was very fair for the exceptional quality of work I received. It's rare to find a business these days that combines professionalism, skill, and customer care as well as they do. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to return for any future needs. Cam, the owner, was extremely helpful! If you're looking for a shop that treats your vehicle like their own and provides top-notch service, look no further. This place is the real deal! Thank you for bringing my Silverado back to life--it's never looked better!

This place is a circus if not a complete joke. Only call themselves Elite so they can charge you…read more$200/hr for labor, no matter if that's towards a down-pipe change or a fog light install. There's not a trace of 'Elite' in this establishment. From the people, to the skill of doing a job or even the sincerity towards a customer who's not paying $$$ so that you can have an inflated idea about yourself. Got a quote for over $6K for new downpipe, pads and rotors and an intercooler. It was expensive for sure but I thought they'll do a good job. My Focus RS is my daily and I was quite clear to Rich on how important this car is to me and the main reason behind taking a hit on the wallet. He seemed to understand everything, clearly it was only to get me on the hook. They took ~50% advance said we will call you when the parts are in and schedule a date to get the job done. A month, multiple follow-ups and their failing attempts to explain their knowledge of 'supply-chain' and why it's normal that they don't have a clue on when they parts would arrive, we finally had all the parts and scheduled a date. Surprisingly I get the update the next day the car is ready. I go pick it up, make the last payment and leave. A couple of weeks go buy and I'm beginning to smell the emissions in the cabin. I thought to check the tune and couldn't find the OBD port in the car! Called them about it and they said to bring it in to take a look. I mentioned the missing OBD port. Couple of hours later I get a text, your vehicle is ready for pick-up. In the text they also mentioned that there was nothing wrong with their installations and the OBD port was not found. So again I had to call Rich's tells me we checked everything, everything is tight and good. I told him so what about the smell and he says well that only happens if you turn on the AC! Unbelievable. After having to explain it again to Rich he agreed to take another look. Got a text a few hours later saying your vehicle is ready for pick up. Nothing about the issues so I call and the lady (who has ZERO manners with a hopeless attitude problem) says Rich will talk to you when you come to collect. Confused i showed up and he came out to say they did a smoke test and guess what, there was a LEAK. Immediately he got defensive, said 'it could be leaking from anywhere, we can't really see in the video... BS' when it was right where the downpipe goes on the turbo. I told him what's next, the car is undriveable right now, can't have the emissions coming into the cabin. He couldn't care less. He said 'we don't do that job. Maybe the new parts broke some old parts and started walking away'. Told me I was 'pissing him off'! Lol probably because his scams were coming undone and it was time to run back inside. This place is pathetic. If you've got lots of extra $$$ lying around, want a poorly executed job and be treated in a way which makes you livid, yes this is the place for you.

Since…read morethe day I called asking about an estimate to the final drive away from the collision center, they have given Southern Hospitality meaning. Ms. Mary always greets me with a smile and kind attitude. Jeremy has kept me in the loop, weekly, on the status of repairs being made. Mr. Michael blew me away this afternoon with his willingness to get to the root of a problem we noticed when I went to pick up my vehicle. Upon inspection, he noticed that my check engine light was on. He asked if this was on when I brought my vehicle in for initial repair. I stated it was not but assumed it was due to recently frigid temperatures where the car had sat without being driven. Mr. Michael immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. It was found that a sensor just needed to be re-attached and the code cleared. Just to be sure the problem was remedied, he offered to take it for a test drive. When he returned, I learned that the check engine light was gone- problem solved! Mr. Michael offered his warm apologies about the sensor issue but no apology was needed. I was truly taken back by the urgency in which he took towards ensuring that my vehicle was safe to operate, when he certainly didn't have to. In a world of hustle and bustle to "just get things done", I am truly grateful for the kindness I was shown at the Lebanon, Tennessee location, as well as the commitment to customer service. This crew went above and beyond! They not only got the job done but took extra care to ensure that it was done right. I will recommend this location to anyone in need! Kudos for being the exception!!
