So I head back to the store & ask the cashier, "Is this supposed to be hard?". He says, "Well it's a truffle. And it came out of the fridge." I say, "It's not cold, it's just hard. I could have broken a tooth on this!". He says, "Oh well." I say, "OH WELL???". He says, "That's what I said." I say, "Well that's not a very good response from a customer service perspective." He says, "I couldn't care less." I say, "Well that's very clear." He ran a credit to my card to refund me. As I'm walking out the teenager that was helping bag things for customers is slamming my former truffle repeatedly against the counter and it's still one solid piece.
