This place is amazing in this middle of nowhere deserted road. Located in the Adelanto Marketplace in the corner of 365 highway and Palmdale road. There are many other food places here but a donut place like this is always appreciated. Cheap, clean and with myriad variety of donuts, coffee, pastries, drinks etc. The best thing is they have a restroom which is very needed around this isolated area. read more

Seriously, an amazing selection, nice service and ham/swiss/jalopeno croissants for my husband to boot! At just over $2 for a huge breakfast, a nice way to start the day for both of us! Again, I treid to pace myself and got the staples: apple fritter, so crunchy and full of apple chunnks,I have eaten those from all over the US, seriously, these are the best! Old fashioned also great and again the best blueberry glazed I have ever had! Terrible customer service. I walked in today because my dad wanted doughnuts as we were celebrating Father's Day early today. When I walked in a lady was sweeping the floors I said hello and she just didn't respond and walked behind the counter. I said well I guess you don't have to speak but that's not really good customer service but okay. She looked at me but still didn't utter a word. I told her we come here often. I asked her if she wanted the business or does she care about customer service she didn't say a word until I said you must not want customers?? She said not if you're going to come in yelling at me...and I bs you not I didn't raise my voice not one time during this conversation I was having by myself evidently...I couldn't believe she said that I told her I wasn't even yelling I walked in a greeted YOU! My sister goes to this place all the time for boba and I told her that right before I walked out and told her to kiss my ass ! I'd give it a zero star if I could. She must've had a bad day but you can't be that way with customers and I had a lot of doughnuts to order she just lost out on a good loyal customer me and my family. read more

OK, so maybe I went in on a bad day. I get donuts there frequently. Probably it was because someone new appeared to be behind the counter, i've never seen her before. I purchased eight dollars worth of donuts and asked for one donut hole. Trying to watch my weight. The snippy clerk says, I can't sell you just one. I asked, why not? She replies, you have to buy either six or 12. That was her answer and she was sticking to it. How hard is it to take the cost of 12 and divide so that I get charged for just one? I stop here occasionally for donuts for the office. Excellent service, great coffee, great donuts, and good prices. Not a lot of businesses here in the high desert are worth a damn. It seems they believe that, because there isn't much competition, they can be sloppy with their service and product and still remain in business. Sadly, a lot of the time they're right. Dippin Donuts, on the other hand, still remembers how successful businesses are supposed to operate, which I appreciate, since going down the hill for donuts isn't really an option. I usually order one to three dozen donuts for my staff, and I haven't heard one complaint yet...and yes, I work with people who will happily bitch about free donuts if they don't meet their unexpectedly high standards for free things. I just walked out of there. Which I go in a lot. And my experience this time was horrible. I have never felt so discriminated. As I walked in, behind me an older white man walked in.
