First time at this donut shop, being I am from Los Angeles I had a job in Victorville pulled in about 4:30 AM and I asked a very polite young girl behind the counter for a dozen donuts. She gave me a few glazed that were absolutely off the hook. I've never had a glazed donut taste so delicious. It was soft and heavenly. I've been eating donuts for over 50 years and I've never had a glazed donut that tasted so delicious. I can't wait to go back. although I never had the opportunity to try the rest of the donuts I bought because I got stuffed with the glazed ! read more

It was my first time getting doughnuts from here. I don't buy doughnuts very often, but was craving an old fashioned and I grabbed 2 others for family members. The staff were friendly and they had a variety of doughnuts to choose from. It is a typical doughnut place, as far as I could see, looked clean. DONUT HOLES I've been here a few times and have only ever gotten croissants and donut holes. But I was finally able to get a fresh batch of donut holes that were still warm when I got to mind you... and Omg... DO NOT complete your order without adding at least a half dozen at least to whatever you're getting. I mean, theoretically everything fresh should always taste better. And obviously, I continuously get them because they're good , but if you work there early morning shift and stop here around 2 AM you gotta try these! Customer service was not there, the lady that was there was sarcastically rude. I tried to ignore it but she kept doing it during our interaction and made me very uncomfortable that my husband asked her if there was a problem cause you just seem mad. Disrespectful bc asked price specific donut, rather than read thru big menu. Price stated in ugly tone of voice. Asked about another flavor as considering between yet decided get each of em. Price stated in ugly tone again. Mentioned price of $1.50 @ Dunkin yet not a problem. She replied you can go there! Said I would have both flavored donuts & paid in change & request she verify amount & she said it's $4, not $2 & I stated requested you verify amount yet sure I will put rest of change first & put another $2. Had to ask for napkins & did request cup of water. Body language & tone of voice disrespectful & by no means welcomes any business. Asked if she was owner as perhaps a tax shelter & that'd explain the cockiness & yet she replied" No...just works there." & She walked away as I said you need work on your customer service. She said no I don't! You disrespect me & I can you. My ?of a price is disrespectful? She said it in the menu pointed up & I asked where bc have a head injury & difficult to look thru it so asked. She wouldn't direct where to look on menu No business whatsoever...just myself at time. She proceeds to call security & said she called security on me. Really?? Here I am most recent employment security & case management before that & govt subcontractor before that where sustained disability due to work. This person can't even sell a donut without snare remarks & calls security of whom I waited ten minutes for owing him yet clearly plaza didn't have anyone this day or their on lunch. Either way...STAY AWAY FROM THIS MULTI-NAMED DONUT SHOP & give business to the other small businesses who respects their customers & provides good product. Today, Thursday, October 17, 2024, at approximately 5:45pm, I visited this establishment. I will NEVER return. Besides the grade "B" that's in the front of their store, their bobby drinks are disgusting. The bobba tasted as if it was extremely old. I returned to the store to get a refund because it was unacceptable. Upon talking to the lady in the front counter, addressing the issue, she replies, "that's the way bobba tastes, I don't know what you want me to say. Just drink it." I told her I require a refund, to which she says, "what ever," and throws a $5 bill and coins to my face. I took the cash and just left. Horrible, a business that assaults their customers is out of control. Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star. read more

I found out today why they call it the donut inn, because the donuts stay the night and then are served stale. Had the donut holes and an original glazed old fashioned, both were stale tasted a day old at best. read more

I highly recommend the milk tea boba, the choco buttermilk had a nice crunch and fluffy center, also 10/10 on the Turkey n cheese with jalapeño croissant. So without sweets, they have other items, to satisfy hunger needs. The place is located in the same strip mall as El Super. This place, itself, is quite clean. There is plenty of space to sit down.
