I was quoted a price for powder coating my wheels and calipers for a slingshot. I verified the price on two occasions. After dropping the vehicle off and waiting inside for 20 minutes, I headed home. 15 minutes later, I received a call saying I was given the wrong price and that the actual price would be $75 more per wheel (3 wheels). I did not agree to that and was told they could do it for $35 more per wheel. Then he offered to do it for $100 more than the price I agreed to. After completing the work, he wanted to charge more if I paid by any way other than cash. I originally told them I wanted to use in-house financing. After the work was complete, I was told that they would have to be charged 6% more to finance it. I secured the in-house financing myself and was not charged any additional fees. Once I picked the vehicle up, I noticed the caliper paint was on the brakes. A few days later, I was getting in the slingshot when it started rolling out of my garage and rolled into my car. I figured that I didn't set the emergency brake and put it back in the garage. The next day, the slingshot rolled back and damaged my garage door. I took it to my mechanic, who told me that the e-brake cover had not been properly installed and that one of my calipers had not been screwed back in. The wheels look great, but I was disappointed in how they changed the price, their untruthfulness concerning the financing, and the fact that I had to pay a few hundred dollars for the damage to my garage and my mechanic to correctly install my e-brake cover and caliper. I went for an alignment they said my whole suppression from the front to back was bad and if they do the alignment there would be no point they keep saying I need new struts for the front new shocks for the back and new front lower control arm and they even said I need a whole entire rack and pinion all of this would be about 2500 dollars I wait 2 hours for them to tell me this and plus they got the most trash waiting chair inside rather just stand up I felt welcome not saying the greeting service is bad but they will try to scam u if u know nothing about cars I had my actual mechanic that I all ways go to but does not do alignment and he said it was perfect no play on any of my busing or parts these guy will scam u I hate people like This pure trash this was 5/29/2025 read more

45 Tires and Wheels' got me with a "Bait and Switch Scam". They cost me an ENORMOUS amount to have the mistake they made on my truck fixed. I also had to rent a car, while I waited for a competent suspension place to fix what 45 Tire had done. I ordered a rough country 2" leveling kit and install with Martin for my Ram 1500. When I showed up to their location, Martin confirmed with me that the rough country coils and shocks would be installed on my truck and the stock suspension components would be given to me. Several hours later I showed up and looked under the truck. The rough country suspension components that I ordered and told would be installed weren't there. Instead there were generic spacers installed on top of the stock suspension. I brought this up to Martin and Jose and they said that the generic spacers would be better than the rough country coils and shocks that I paid for. I trusted them and gave the truck a spin. The ride quality was so bad that it was a legitimate safety concern. The next day I went back to 45 Tire and they were very hesitant to work with me. After enough complaining, they offered to order in the rough country kit that I was originally told I would have, but that it would cost an extra $125. This is what the Better Business Bureau considers a "bait and switch scam". Feeling like I had no other choice, I agreed to wait while they ordered the correct parts. 2 days later, I called Martin to see if the rough country components had come in. He said that I needed to be more patient. I asked for a tracking number on that shipment. He said he would get back to me with it but never did. I called and left a voicemail and never got a call back. I went back down to 45 Tire and told them that if they couldn't put the components that I paid for on my truck, that I wanted the crappy spacers to be removed and the truck put back to stock. Jose said that he would have to call their owner and ask. Apparently the owner said that they didn't have the time to put my truck back to stock. I asked Jose if I could speak to the owner and he said no. I asked Jose what the owner's name is and he said "I DON'T KNOW". That was when it was 100% clear that I was being scammed. While inside 45 Tire I called 4 Wheel Parts and ordered the Rough Country 2" kit that 45 Tire refused to get for me. After talking to another customer inside of 45 Tire about my experiences thus far being scammed - they finally came to a compromise to refund part of my money. The remainder of my refund was promised to me when I had the time to have another shop take off the crappy spacers that 45 Tire scammed me with. I had to go back to 45 Tire to return the spacers that I never ordered in the first place to get my refund. This was the worst retail experience I have ever had. read more

Cons: I bought 4 new rims and tires. 4 of the 4 installed (black rims) had scratches. The shop said they would repair them next week and should not be noticeable. They said they couldn't give me new ones right then because they have to order them. Once they do, I will update my review accordingly. My expectation like everyone else's are flawless rims. Pros: Friendly and approachable staff. Deals are reasonable. Good customer service besides letting me drive out with defects. 6/20 Update: I have been trying to get someone to call me back to go in and rebalance my wheels and fix the defects on my rims for 2 weeks and crickets....I will keep updating the post until I reach a resolution. 6/25 Update: I've been patient and called 5 times but Juan has never called me back after leaving 2 messages with Ricky. I will be going up there soon and getting a return if I don't get my issue resolved soon. I will take my business elsewhere. Taking away another star for having to wait. The owner has yet to respond to these postings. read more

I called 45 tires and wheels recently to see if they could check my tires. About two months ago I got a set of brand new tires from Walmart and all of a sudden my front two tires started shaking like they were about to fall off. I took my vehicle to 45 tires and wheels and J.C checked out my tires for me and informed me of a big problem I didn't know I had. He directed me to the best place to fix my problem. If I had a truck that I wanted to get big beautiful tires and rims, J.C will be my go to guy. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out their products! read more

I purchased new tires and recommend this tire shop here's why. A lot of people would say that's why I prefer discount tire. I just purchased some new tires from 45 tires and wheels . The tires I bought were hybrid predators I don't recommend that brand and that's just my opinion only. A manufacturer that can't honor a five day tire with maybe 400 miles on them that blew out on me on the hwy is no good in my book sorry I had shit on them a little lol. But on the bright side 45 tires and wheel handle this situation like a boss there was a 3 day wait of course while they went back and forth with manufacture. Unfortunately over some bogus excuse we lost that situation. This tire shop fellas knew that as well, and work with me. They order me new tires of my choice toyo open country and left them at a good price. I didn't pay extra just the difference which is only right. The install and balance was honored. This tire shop is highly recommended they don't make the tire they just sell them remember this could happen at any company no matter the status. A bad tire is a bad tire. but the fact that they honored and step up to their reputation I read about in reviews would make me come to them for my next set of tires.
