I went to the shop to speak with someone directly about an hour before closing time on the second day and they had already closed for the day. They still charged me for the diagnostic with no results, stating that the mechanic would need more time to find the leak. At that point even if they found the leak there was no way I was going to trust them to repair it. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend them because they have poor communication and time management skills

Absolutely the worst place in Houston to get your oil changed. They don't drain the oil from the…read moredrain plug (Yep.. you guessed it, any wear metal shavings that would normally be wiped off by tech during an oil change are staying right there in the bottom of the oil pan). They vacuumed the oil from the top, and spilled oil all over the engine compartment when removing the oil filter. I'm not even sure they used synthetic oil, but that's what I was charged and paid for. I highly recommend finding a reputable shop with employees that understand why we put oil in an engine in the first place. ZERO STARS but like all reviews require at least ONE to post. Will post another review once I have the imbecile's name that isn't qualified to flip burgers let alone change the oil on late model vehicles.

I drive a 87 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup (v6). I had my Front brake pads, idle arm, spark plugs, fuel filter, and Alignment done. FIRESTONE wanted $700 for labor. I've been driving my vehicle for about 2 weeks since the service and it still feels like new when I left the shop. Also they honor a 3 month parts & labor warranty. I recommend the guys to my mom and they gave her a great quote for shocks, and brake pad installment. This is the kind of place you want to find when your trying to avoid pricey Auto servicing, but still get the satisfaction and trust worthy knowledge from a mechanic!

I walked in and stood at the window only to get ignored while the guy continued to type away on his computer. One of the customers that was waiting on his car sitting in the lobby told me to tap on the glass to get his attention and so I did and the guy looked at me and walked outside to the back where the cars are and continued to ignore me. I remained where I was and 5 minutes later he returned, ignored me again, and went back to typing on his computer. Eventually I got tired of waiting for him to notice me so I sat down in one of the chairs in the lobby. My ride was outside so I had to leave. I went back up to the window and still I remained to be ignored. Eventually I said, "can I just leave my keys with you?" And he looked at me and said "why?" I said "because my ride is here." He then asked me what I needed done and which vehicle was mine. I asked him to call me and let me know when it will be ready for me to pick up and he said okay and then I left. More than an hour and a half passed and still no phone call. It only takes up to 30 minutes to change oil. Just like before, I again was tired of waiting. So I was the one to call him. I asked if my car was ready and he said yes that it had been ready and he "was about to call me". I seriously doubt that. Never coming here again! Horrible service. Only giving this place 2 stars because they gave me good quality oil at the least and it's near home so it saved me a drive.
