First of all we did buy the car on-line without physically seeing it (never again). That being said the car was not as represented. First of all the transportation company was two days late with the car. The most dangerous problem was the right rear wheel was barely bolted on by about a1/4" of two bolts, the other 2 were way loose and one wheel stud completely corroded out. We're lucky the wheel didn't fall completely off when we took it to get new tires. We were told that the tires were good and the car was in good condition. We soon realized the radio doesn't work, no trim around sun roof, loose wires under the hood, plastic radiator cover loose- no bolts at all, spare tire flat, front fog lamp housing hanging loose, etc. We paid for a car in great condition and got a car that needed a lot of work and had not even been detailed (as advertised). Carfax report said new break pads and rotors, they were rusted and did not look new when the tire company took the wheels off. Lesson learned, buyer beware. read more

I bought this car from this dealership about a month an a half ago. These people delivered me a car that had been wrecked and not repaired. Car has an oil leak and coolant leak with markers from a previous accident that was not provided in a car fax report. It's lawful that all delearship provide you with a car fax before purchase. These people delivered me a car from Houston with multiple leaks. And when I called them out on it they advised," you bought a car with over 100,000 miles." DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ! , I bought a 2013 Audi from here in January of this year it was my first car, little did I know my problems would be endless , starting off when I initially bought my car they lost my keys and I was not able to get my car for 15 days after purchasing !!! Which I was not told about until after I signed and bought the vehicle ... they gave me two loaner cars WHICH BOTH overheated driving on the highway... I called every few days inquiring about my car and they were acting as if they were doing me a favor by replacing the key that they lost at no charge the loaner cars were also cars that the had for sale .... Continuing when I brought back the car a manager tried to fault be for a dent in a vehicle that was there when I got the car AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT !! So I get my car and I drive it for about 2 months not even 800 miles And I started having major problems accelerating.... After about 2 days of this the Car Was and still is UNDRIVEABLE . I Dont normally bad mouth companies on here but Direct Car Company got it coming! If I could rate these IDIOTS a negative rate I would we paid 3500 on a Cadillac DTS that we were ASSURED was a decent working car, we noticed the sitting water in the cup holder (which they say they didn't know about) the mold on the door and the rust on the floor but Jerome assured us nothing was wrong, car hadn't been in any wrecks or floods, we asked for the car fax and NEVER got it, they even told us Keith had been driving it for a week and there was no problems. (But they still "didn't" notice the water in the cup holder) We test drove it and it rode smooth, it's a nice looking car and all, now we told them the front driver blinker light was out (we had to fix that ourselves) then the car needed a oil change (we did that ourselves) back window slid down when it wanted to so they sent us to someone who works on that! Now we informed them that there was some leaking coming from the roof, JEROME said that they fixed a crack in the window and that's why it did that. We rolled with it thinking ok it's temporary it won't keep doing that! NEXT DAY check engine light comes on for O2 sensor, we have to take the car and leave the car to have it worked on by a mechanic shop they know who has more cars outside than the dealership! Fast forward to a week later we take the DTS for a car wash a WHAT DO YOU KNOW, the roof is leaking so is the side of the door and there's now water filling the light on the roof in the car, then come to find out the emergency brake sets when it wants take it to them tell them about the leak KEITH says it's the rubber around the sunroof not what we were told but ok! We got HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DIDNT WANNA GIVE THE MONEY BACK ONLY WANTED TO WORK WITH THEY MECHANICS, AND REFUSED TO GIVE US THE NUMBER OF THE LEGAL MEDIATOR WE SIGNED FOR AS APART OF OUR CONTRACT! We bought a 2005 Honda Pilot car for $3995 from this location for my son's first car (That he saved up for a year with his own money) on 6/3/19, on 6/4/19 we drove it off the lot at 4:40 pm. $3000 was paid as a down payment with the remainder balance and TTL in house financed. Prior to sell there was a maintenance light on that they assured me was only an oil change or sensor due and that they would have it fixed prior to our possession. They assured us that this was a good running vehicle. The radio and accessories did not work at the time of purchase, they stated it was an anti-theft mechanism within the vehicle from when they 'unplugged the battery', and that it would only need a code from the manufacturer to fix. We were able to get the radio working with the code that night. We drove it home to Magnolia and the transmission slipped twice. In the morning we drove our son to school at 7:30 and the check engine light came on, the vehicle transmission slipped twice again. We took it to our mechanic at Louetta Automotive and ran diagnostics. The code came back as P0741: Torque converter clutch Circuit or Stuck off. Further inspection of the vehicle they found an internal failure of the torque converter and solenoid. Mechanic stated this requires transmission rebuild that will cost $3,700. And the monitor had 2 'not ready' codes on it possibly from someone attempting to clear the codes by unplugging the battery. Pictures were also taken of oil filter, no oil change was done during their maintenance when they cleared the maintenance code. I called the dealership at 2pm 6/5/19 after finding this out from my mechanic. I was not able to get a hold of an owner until 6pm the evening of 6/5 and he requested we bring the vehicle back to them for inspection. We loaded the car on our flatbed and transported it back to the dealership, they received it at 1:20 PM on 6/6. We only drove the vehicle a total of 122.6 miles. 6/7/19 at 9:30 AM they stated that their mechanic stated it had the same code, but it is normal for 'older' cars to have these codes, the car runs fine and this is a good running vehicle. When clarifying that he is stating a car with major internal transmission failure and a check engine light on is a good running vehicle for a 17 yr old, he stated we purchased a 2005 used vehicle and that our realistic expectations shouldn't be that everything runs like a new car. I stated that my expectation 15 hours after driving off their lot I shouldn't have to rebuild my transmission. They are insisting the car runs fine, despite we felt it slip while driving it home AND diagnostic codes that state otherwise. When requesting my money back due to this issue 15 hours after driving it off the lot and that the vehicle was slipping now with a check engine light and needing transmission repair, the owner stated we signed papers As Is and that they were not going to do anything about this matter.
