Today is March 18, 2025......and the manufacture date of the emulsion was November 20, 2024.....so I have already lost 4 months of usability and I haven't even opened the product yet. As a small screen printer I wouldn't use a gallon in a year, so called and requested a fresh gallon. I was informed everything they had was from their 'einter' order and was all 4 months old, but they still considered it 'fresh.' I have been buying inks and supplies from them for while now....and was surprised they wanted to argue the gallon was fresh stock when the manufacture date on the gallon was clearly 4 months old. They would take it back but said I would have to pay for shipping. She literally told me that the 'emulsion isn't like food - it will be alright.' They have no quality standards apparently. They lost a customer....will never buy from them again because of their argumentative attitude. They clearly don't rotate or keep fresh stock of materials with time sensitive expiration dates.

I didn't realize the graphic I'd submitted would come out blurry or pixelated if it had been printed the way I'd sent it in; that's how clueless I am about shirt printing. I only realized later. I had previously ordered shirts for my daughter's team from another company, but they came out dull, lacking color and detail--they looked unfinished. My daughter was heartbroken. Jonathan took the time to understand our needs and review our artwork. He assured me not only that he could reproduce our design as intended, but that he would involve me throughout the process. Products come back smelling like cigar smoke, communication…read moreis all over the place, deadlines are missed, mock-ups are not closely followed, and they sneakily try to cut corners to save themselves money while charging their customers full price regardless. some examples my business partner ran into: -the plastisol ink on her garments wasn't cured properly leaving it sticky, cracking, or in extreme cases pieces of the design flaking off. -Another time they completely skipped a black ink layer on a design thinking it would go unnoticed because it was printed on a black garment, but the black ink layer was included in the price estimate. -Another time a few garments were poorly printed missing several layers of a design and when they were brought back to be fixed even the re-do's were all messed up. The final straw leading us to feeling we had no choice but to forewarn anyone else looking to do business with triangle was the last order that was placed that came back looking nothing like the original mock-up design. When Angie called to have the final design approved, she sent a blurry picture of the design printed on a folded t-shirt which made it appear they would be printing it at the bottom of the garment which is how the design was supposed to be placed, but when it was picked up from the shop the workers just threw the boxes in her trunk without showing her, and it wasn't until she got home that she realized how wrong the placement/ sizing of the design truly was. It was smack dab in the middle of the hoodie, and completely resized from the initial design. Not only that, but she approved a 14x 14" design and this was even smaller than that with ink cracks throughout. when asked how the issue could be resolved, Angie offered 0 resolution and gaslit the entire situation making their mistake out to be my business partners problem. This company doesn't do quality control on their embroidery or their screen printing projects, and does not take customer feedback seriously whatsoever. When we tried to explain to Angie over the phone what issues we had with the last batch of mistake products, she was completely apathetic, offered zero resolution, and even was so rude as to say the way the design was meant to be would've "looked stupid", which, in my opinion is extremely unprofessional and has nothing to do with the task at hand. They aren't the designers, they are the printers. Basically, if you want to waste your hard earned money on messed up products delivered later than expected with poor customer service/ communication from start to finish, go ahead and give this place a shot but I'd highly recommend going literally anywhere else if you're looking for a quality job with attention to detail. If I could give 0 stars I would.
