Matt was very helpful, explained everything, presented us with several options and advised us on the best system. He didn't push the most expensive plan or the most equipment, just what was needed for our house. I had read several negative reviews of ADT on yelp and the majority of them related to bad customer service by the sales personnel and by the installers. Matt is the exact opposite of that. Even once he had sold the system and had the contract signed, he kept following up. The installer actually left a few things incomplete but Matt came in and re-inspected everything and fixed and updated the remaining items. We have just installed an ADT system after Matt came out and visited our home. They were able to use existing prewired doors and add other wireless sensors for all possible entry points. A smoke alarm is also connected to the system for peace of mind for possible fire while we are not at home. The technician who installed the system was very nice, efficient and explained everything well. Even the customer service representatives on the phone have been very courteous. Matt Amani and his team are great! They installed our ADT security system July 2014 and were able to supplement our hard wired sensors with wireless sensors. We were a little picky with the settings and they made multiple trips out to make sure we were satisfied. This past week my alarm remote was signally low battery even after replacing the battery, he walked through how to reset it via the phone and when it wasn't working, he came out the next day and resolved the problem. Matt Amani from ADT recently installed a alarm system for our home. Matt was prompt, professional and reasonably priced so I hired him to do the job. His installer (also Matt) arrived on time to install the alarm system and did a great job. Everything was performed to my satisfaction and we have had no problems with the system. Because of my positive experience, I arranged for Matt to install a video surveillance system about a month later. The video system is now in place and works great. It is very comforting to be able to manipulate my alarm system and to see multiple views of my residence using my i-phone. We recently had a residential alarm system installed by ADT. Matt Amani was our sales rep. He arrived right on time for our appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the alarm system would be installed and how to operate it. He answered all of our questions and after speaking with him, we agreed that ADT's system was exactly what we wanted. The installer came a few days later and did an excellent job with the installation. It took about 4 hours, and afterwards, he programmed the control panel and showed us how to arm and disarm the system. Matt called to confirm that we were happy with the installation, and we were, but we still had a few questions about how to operate it. The instruction book was a little hard for us to understand. Matt came to our house and answered all of our questions and even showed us some short cuts to make arming and disarming even easier. It has been 3 weeks since the installation. We are very satisfied with ADT and appreciate the great customer service Matt provided. I would highly recommend him and ADT for your residential needs. read more

We were in process to transfer our Vivint account to our new Brentwood home. We met Max Mendez in the neighborhood. We got his card and kept it. We always had a very bad customer service from Vivint but had no choice because we had a 4 year contract with them and had 18 months more to go. While we were still waiting for Vivint to sort out our transferring issues, we decided to contact Max to see how can his customer service would make a different for us. He made effort to work with our complicated schedule, gave a very detail information, answered all our questions/concerns and even called his Boss, Sunny to offer us a better package for our big house. Max did an excellent job. He is very honest, professional, and a hard worker individual. He assured us that anytime we faced any issue to contact him and he would try his best to take care of it. To be honest, I never seen or dealt with anybody that dedicated to his customers in security business. We had some issue with our camera couple months ago, we called ADT customer service and scheduled a Tech to be there in 3 days; I also let Max knew my concerns, he sent a Tech the next day. Max is a great guy who truly worked what he had told/promised us in the beginning with him. Anybody who is looking for alarm which unfortunately we all need it to protect ourselves now days, contact MAX MENDEZ. Of course we all can get adt service but NOT the customers service/Satisfaction that Max can offer as long as we need him.
