I worked with Orkhan earlier in January/February on a project for ethernet wiring, cameras across my 3 story house in Dublin. The project was quite complicated due to the nature of the attic (not really accessible) as well as the amount of drops (30+) that I needed routing to the storage on the 2nd floor. Here's all what we did: - Moved all wiring from laundry to the storage on 2nd floor (somehow as attic access was really messed up) - Outside wiring across the house (Orkhan's suggestion) through electrical conduits running across the house. - 31 drops overall which included: 6 cameras, 1 doorbell, 1 chime, 1 floodlight, 6 APs inside/1 outside, ethernet x 2 slots across the house, garage, etc. Everything mounted/installed as required. - Full setup/configuration of the unifi hardware/software. The laundry list of things we did wasn't as important as how the job was done to ensure I saved money and time. - Orkhan recommended outside wiring (which turned out to be more complex due to the amount of wires held together) as opposed to inside wiring which would have required a lot of repairs. - Recommended against MoCa due to lower speed/reliability issues even though it would have been cheaper for me (no change to his cost really). - Moved all coax wires for future proofing to storage even though it wasn't really required as they would have been fine in the laundry. - Amazing wiring setup with 2 different conduit runs carrying about 14 wires each (cat6 outdoor). This is probably one of the best quality/reliable jobs I have seen and at a reasonable price. I am glad it was Orkhan and his team who worked on this and no one else. read more

We were fortunate to have heard about Orkhan and his company, CallTech, just as we moved into our new home (with in-law unit). Orkhan came to our place for a free assessment of our home and in-law unit to determine what we'd need for a proper setup. With his guidance, we elected to go with: * Ubiquity UniFi system with WiFi 7 access points * UniFi 4K cameras * UniFi doorbell with two camera views * Several other items like a UniFi Switch and Dream Machine Pro to manage the whole network and store security footage around the exterior of the home. * Wall mount several OLED TVs. * Run hardwired Ethernet network drops for multiple locations around our home for Apple TVs and a laser printer. * Set up network coverage for our in-law unit as well. Orkhan set proper expectations about the time required to perform an installation like this (about 3 weeks--few days each week). Orkhan communicated extremely well throughout the entire process, including providing a written quote upfront for labor and hardware (including CAT 6A wiring) and also about when he would arrive each day. He was also respectful of our busy work schedules and avoided coming on certain days when we were working from home and dialing into work conference calls. The installation went smoothly, and by the end of it all, we had a beautifully cable-managed network rack set up in our garage, neatly installed wireless access points in the ceiling, hardwired network drops with Ethernet jacks, neatly wall-mounted TVs, and a slick set of 4K cameras outside our place with weatherproof conduits for cabling all neatly concealed and installed in an inconspicuous manner. Everywhere Orkhan opened up walls, he was careful to patch up again, re-plaster, and even color-match the paint color! He brought in an electrician to help with some of the cabling and power outlets. And for all the work we asked of him, we felt the quoted price was very reasonable. Once installation was complete, Orkhan spent time with me configuring the network and showing me how to manage various settings. It was a terrific experience from start to finish. I want to call out two extra things about Orkhan and CallTech Pro: * When one of our Ethernet network drops was not behaving correctly, he promptly returned and resolved the cabling issue. * My 86-year-old father lives in the in-law unit. On more than one occasion, Orkhan went above and beyond the normal scope of his work by helping my father get to a grocery store! I will not forget the compassion and kindness he extended to him. The quote to run 2 ethernet drops to the location of my choice was very reasonable from the multiple quotes I received. Orkhan is experienced and responsive. He comes up with innovative fixes and sees the work to completion. Also priced fairly! I asked him to help with AT&T fiber install, whose technicians were unwilling to reuse existing underground cable conduits. Orkhan carefully examined the conduits with a borescope camera and found the cable stuck underneath the garage wall and under some gravel, it was too expensive to rectify. Next, I wanted AT&T to hang the fiber aerially through my small 2nd floor attic, but the technicians didn't want to step foot in there. So Orkhan to the rescue! He pulled a drawstring from an existing hole outside the 2nd floor, through to the attic and into the patch panel in the laundry. He was willing to crawl through the attic beams and even thread the drawstring on the roof, only reachable through 2 ladders. To top it off, he made himself available when the AT&T techs came back, just to make sure they could use the drawstring. Even suggested a better location for the router to keep it all tidy. He did previously break a port in the patch panel, but came back another day to replace the entire panel and repatch at no extra cost. Look forward to using his services again. read more
