We were referred to Protection Now by our realtor upon purchasing a new house, and I'm glad we were. We spoke with a couple of the major nationwide companies too, and found their sales tactics extremely aggressive and were just turned off by those. Protection Now did not do any of that. Update This updated review is a little overdue! I was so happy from my previous experience that I decided to install an additional 10 cameras to my house! Eyal was more than happy to help me out. The project took about 4 days as it involved more labor than last time. Earnesto his installer did a great job. Friendly, professional and efficient. On a side note a few months after the installations, two of my IP cameras suddenly went offline. Not sure why, so I called Eyal and he manage to work around my schedule and squeeze me in. Earnesto came and quickly fix the issues. There was a miscommunications on Eyal and myself regarding the fix. I thought the fix was covered under warranty, but because the issue was not anything defective hardware or labor, he charged me. However, after speaking to Eyal and explaining to him, we both agreed and came out to a amicable solutions as professionals. In retrospect, Eyal only covers warranty on defective units, cameras, DVR/NVR, cables..etc. Anything that they installed. However if the unit is caused by anything else, then it will not be cover by warranty and they will have to charge you a stop by fee. All in all I will continue to use Eyal and his installer Earnesto again. My cameras are top notch and I couldn't be happier. read more

I recently had a 9 camera system with monitors installed to watch a rental property where my deserving tenants will benefit from people passing by noticing the system and avoiding any negative activity towards the property or my tenants. Since I've had Protection Now I haven't had any technical issues except an alarm due to a failed sensor battery. That was fixed promptly and free of charge. This could have been prevented if my tenants had given us prompt access so no fault of Protection Now. Their billing is quarterly.
