Poor service. I had high hopes for this company with customer service when we had just gotten their service. After a year we decided to cancel due to us moving. We called to canceled service in Sep 2021 . We had combined statement with At&T and Dish. We had automatic payment charge . We just realized that they never canceled our service with Dish . We live in a new town and apparently we did call but said we were calling back. We paid 11 months extra with no usage of the box since it got returned . They couldn't do anything for us. I even told them they were more than welcome to come to our new home and see that there is no dish setup in our home why would we pay about $115 Extra a month on a service we haven't used in 11 months. Kyle was our technician today in the city of Modesto. We have been experiencing connectivity trouble as well as remote control issues & wiring. In any event, Kyle was very friendly, professional & helpful. He explained to us what our trouble was & then, he fixed it, checked it & showed us how to use our device with the bluetooth side bar speaker. Also, earlier in the day Kyle's office gave us a heads up that our tech was very bust & we could expect to see him around 8pm. In any event, Kyle sped up his time & made it to our house around 5pm which truly made us happy. I just want somebody to know that Kyle is an amazing employee that gave us wonderful customer service & I am sure any employer would be pleased to have Kyle as a nember of their team. read more

I was sure that I would not get sucked in........ and then I did. They said there was no charge for installation and there was - $100. The said the whole bill would be under $100 each month and when I was quoted the installation price (for the phone and modem) I cancelled. I disconnected my cable box and sent it back and cancelled the delivery of the phone and modem equip. I called and I was assured by three different people that I would not be charge ANYTHING. Two days later I check my bank and $70 was taken out. I've called for four days and gotten people who say "no problem" "we are so sorry this happened" "here, I'm going to pass you to someone who CAN actually help you," but no. They don't help me. What's worse is that it takes several minutes to actually get to a person. So.... they have my $70 and I do not know when I'm going to get it back. read more

Not happy at all with their service. We signed a year contact with them for 180 a month for both internet and tv. The bills for the last three months have never been correct. They keep changing the bill adding more or unbundling. We have called every month and supposedly the issue was corrected each time....but it wasn't. Now they're trying to charge a cancellation fee we never requested. They need better trained billers and customer service reps. It seems they are deliberately trying to cause customers to cancel early so they can collect on the early cancellation fee. Not only that but they write into the service contract that the customer can not file a lawsuit and the only recourse is arbitration. Whatever happened to the customer first or customer is always right? From a disgruntled customer. read more

Wtf!!! So this bitch ass "manager" who was probably just a shift supervisor, tells me I can cancel my service for the inconvenience.. But get this I would still be billed 100$.... Ummmm ok unfair as shit but I hate you so much I agreed. Never got the bill or the box she promised to send my equipment back so I figured they dismissed everything for the inconvenience. So today I check my credit score for the first time and behold... 500$ charge from direct tv.. Watch out !!!!!!, They tell you one thing when you are singing up but when you get your bill WOW, watch out they will say something like your price they told you was just a pro-mo for three months or so If you try to take care of this over charge usually after three months they will say we sent you a contract why did you not review it. So if you get to the point just pick up all your equipment they will say you must pay your contract most likely two years or more about 400.00 plus. Take it from me I have a copy singed by their branch prest. but Direct T.V. said they will only go by the contract they sent me in the mail.
