Overall this was a horrible experience. Patrick Hall the owner and his assistant Joanna Garcia never communicated with me. I always had and still have to call them after they were paid in full. Patrick later admitted that he didn't know what he was doing regarding a particular insurance policy I needed. He was also the cause of a $55,300 not being paid to me because the insurance wasn't done properly. Took him over 4 months and I went somewhere else. Also, Patrick and his assistant have a $900 of mine that going on 72 days today that I have not been reimbursed. Please don't use this company they lie and don't know what they're doing on most things. read more

I called and cancelled my insurance because I moved and didn't need renters insurance anymore. They told me to send it over in writing I did that in November 2016. They forgot to tell the insurance company and they turned me over to collections in January 2017. I got a letter from collection company in February and was told its to late to fight, so I had to pay the bill. Don't believe anything that Patrick Hall tells you most likely is a lie. read more
