Also, Patrick and his assistant have a $900 of mine that going on 72 days today that I have not been reimbursed. Once we notified Coastal that we were planning to switch, they called numerous times but could never offer better pricing. Then they apparently refused to notify State Fund that we were switching to another insurer, resulting in us being double-billed by both old and new insurers, and FURTHER refusing to cooperate with us in dealing with State Fund to get a refund, being very snotty on the phone and effectively hanging up on our office manager. Do yourself a favor and avoid this broker.
