    Have been Direct TV customer for many years as my ex choose them. Last summer, while out of town- my elderly mom called for a service tech to deal with yet another DirectTV connectivity issue. They talked her into a new genie and in such another 2 year commitment!!! My mom is 82, name not in bill, and doesn't even live here- yet they took advantage! Fast forward a year, error after error, slow or disconnected connectivity after slow or disconnected Connectivity- Director says everything is ok on their side. But it's not ok on my side abc I'm stuck with their terrible service. How many times do I have to call? How many hours must I waste? Joe much money must I spend with a company that appears not to care about quality, just 2 year contract after contract? Stay away...

    Stay AWAY! DO NOT activate their services. Inconsistent! Different charges every month.

    How does Direct TV stack up against Dish TV?

    Does anybody have a reason to keep this company in business?

    I'll admit I got suckered by all the promo's but once you get the service you realize it's not worth it. Customer Service is horrible! 418 days left :(

    We have been with Cox forever but the costs are crazy. Would anybody choose Uverse or DirectTV? Is there anybody out there who has a positive rating on either. Cox is expensive but they always do what they say they will.

    Omg run directv sux and cuts out drops connection and horrible customers service they over charge and are not friendly
